I was fortunate enough to meet up with Regan Taylor from Michael Graham Estate Agents in the purchase of my new home. Moving house can be a stressful time, but throughout, Regan made the process stress free with his knowledge, friendly manner, and him regular keeping me up to date with the progress throughout. Nothing was too much trouble for Regan which was so reassuring. I could not have expected any better interaction, and so I can truthfully highly recommend Regan as regards professionalism, and ensuring that any future clients can be assured of a five star service.

We have just exchanged in our property after having sold, with Michael Graham, last September.
We had originally used another estate agent who were ok - but just didn’t seem to engage very well.
Michael Graham were recommended to us and, although they are a little more expensive, we believe you get what you pay for.
Mark, the branch manager, came to see us first of all and we felt instantly at ease. Extremely professional and with years of experience - so we decided to use them.
We were then handed to Jack who was our main contact through the process.
He came with the first set of people and we liked him straight away - very engaging with good energy and a very good attitude.
We met Jack a couple of times before we found our buyer and he was extremely professional and diligent all the way through.
Because our buyers solicitor seemed a little slow - Jack chased and chased on our behalf. He got back to us when he said he would and kept us in the loop all the way through.
When Jack went away for a week recently (at the same time as us being away) we were placed in the very capable hands of Wendy who worked so hard to get us over the “Exchange line”.
Again she phoned us when she said she would and kept us in the loop. She chased solicitors further down the line (which was probably outside of her remit) but she just wanted to get the job done.
Given the stressful situation (which they are more used to than us!) she handled our issues and frustrations very well and made us feel as good as we could given the obvious inadequacies of our buyers solicitors.
All in all we were really pleased with Michael Graham and would strongly recommend to anyone we know who may be beginning the very arduous task of moving house!

I had a great experience with Michael Graham Estate Agents. The whole team was professional from start to finish, with excellent communication throughout every stage of the process. They kept me updated regularly, explained everything clearly, and were always quick to respond to any questions.
All the staff were very helpful and polite, which made a real difference — every interaction felt easy and reassuring.
What really stood out was how thorough they were — nothing felt rushed, and every detail was handled carefully. It made the whole experience far smoother and far less stressful than I expected.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Michael Graham to anyone looking for an estate agent who’s organised, reliable, and genuinely on top of things.

Steve handled a tricky negotiation with skill and offered the right advice at the right time. The sale has now completed and we are delighted to recommend Michael Graham as a first class estate agent.

Great service from Charlie, very efficient didn’t have to chase him at all. We found a few other estate agencies where slow and didn’t have very good customer service but Michael Graham were brilliant. Thanks again very happy in our new home! X
