Harry has been exceptional from start to finish with our house sale. It was a long process (through no fault of Michael Graham's) with many complicated components and challenges, which Harry tackled with ease and a high level of professionalism. Estate Agents get a bad reputation but Michael Graham were exemplary, always going above and beyond for us. I've been on house viewings where the estate agent has admitted that they hadn't seen the house prior to our visit, so the fact that Michael Graham sent out their sales staff to view our property before any viewings were scheduled was a real selling point. We knew our house was in safe hands at every viewing with estate agents who knew our property and how best to show it off. Each of the team handled their own feedback from their own viewings so you knew you were getting the correct information from the horse's mouth every time, rather than feedback being lost in translation. Harry was a great help at every stage; he not only personally came to our property to collect paperwork and deliver it to our solicitors as we were having printing issues AND kept our buyer interested for many months, but even moved offices during our house sale, yet maintained at least weekly contact with us despite our sale moving out of his remit. Harry also did the work of the estate agents above us, chasing solicitor information higher up the chain to give us frequent updates. Michael Graham are personable, professional and proactive. We are so glad we decided to sell our house with them and would recommend them time and time again.

Invited Michael Graham around to value our property and agreed to go on with them but had to chase them a week later as we had not heard anything.
Finally, they got in touch, and we arranged for photos and floor plans to be sorted. I also signed and completed all the paperwork. A week and a half later, still nothing, so I called them twice, each time leaving a message for a call back, but never got a call back.
4 weeks after last speaking with Graham and telling him that communication was key for my wife and I, we still have not had a call, txt, or an email.
Clearly, Michael Graham does not want a 600k+ listing.
