Regan, Rob and Roger provided an excellent service, always easy to reach and helpful; they went out of their way on many occasions to make it happen. Rob , Regan and Bailey handled the sale of our property. They are incredible and constantly kept us up to date with viewings and there efforts to sell our property. Throughout the process I felt like that they really cared about the process and getting the right buyer for our property , which they did ! I will always recommend the Milton Keynes office as the "go to" estate agents if you want a professional and personal approach to selling your home. The whole team in Milton Keynes are incredible. Michael Graham Estate Agents in Bedford were absolutely brilliant every step of the way in handling the successful sale of our detached property (April 2026). The whole team didn't let up with their friendly professionalism, highly skilled marketing and attention to detail from day one to completion day. When we lost our first buyer despite being a couple of months down the line, MG Bedford went not just the extra mile, but the extra marathon! At all times they remained positive and confident and we respected and appreciated their hard work behind the scenes to secure a new buyer for us. Through it all, we were confident, they would enable us to move to our new home - and of course they did! Special mention must go to the wonderful Hannah Rogers for always being so positive, friendly and a fantastic negotiator.

Quite simply, Michael Graham Milton Keynes are the best estate agents we've ever dealt with. We viewed several houses they were selling and had an offer accepted on one of them. We decided we wanted them to sell our home based off those experiences, mostly with Bailey at that point. We had some bad luck on both the buying and selling front, but they handled everything very well and made our lives much easier. They got multiple asking price offers in a a week or so of being ok the market, and they managed to do this twice due to our first buyer backing out. Due to how many offers they were getting for us they managed to keep our seller happy through the period where we no longer had a buyer. During the whole process of dealing with multiple local agents, they are the only ones I don't have a bad word to say about. Everyone I dealt with there was very pleasant and professional, but a special thanks goes to Bailey, Rob and Regan for all their hard work and diplomacy.

Excellent estate agent extremely professional they sold my house in a week no time wasters they keep you informed every step of the way and always at the end of the phone or they return your call immediately you don’t have to chase them . I would highly recommend recommend them to sell your property.

Steve and the team at Michael Graham offered a really first class service. We originally bought our house through them so it made perfect sense to sell
It with them too. In a difficult market they sold the house quickly, and when the sale fell through they found another buyer within days. Steve handled a tricky negotiation with skill and offered the right advice at the right time. The sale has now completed and we are delighted to recommend Michael Graham as a first class estate agent.
