My partner and I can’t thank Abi and the team enough. Since we contacted Michael Graham, the communication has been faultless and we have been kept up to date with the process of renting our house every step of the way. We have been so impressed with the speed at which Abi and her team have been able to find a tenant, market the property and organise and sign contracts. Abi is outstanding at her job due to the time and care she puts in. A special thanks to Olly, the photographer, who takes so much care and time to ensure your property is showcased in the best possible way. The whole process has been made stress-free as we trust Abi and her team to deliver. I would highly recommend Michael Graham to anyone thinking of renting out their property.

Roger and Lee were fantastic liaising with the vendor during a very frustrating and prolonged process between offer acceptance and exchange, including one collapsed sale elsewhere in the chain. Their calm and professional approach was reassuring to both the vendor and myself and I'm not sure we would have got over the line otherwise. My thanks to them.

I can't thank the team at Michael Graham enough. They were so supportive managing a very challenging chain, and also provided invaluable support and advice after the sale had completed when we faced some unexpected issues.
When I've sold or bought before, it has always been me doing the chasing for updates, I had the complete opposite experience with Michael Graham. They were both proactive with updates and very adept at addressing any issues or concerns.
I would recommend to anyone wanting to buy or sell.

We bought our first house through Michael Graham. They were polite and not annoying (which we find a lot of estate agents to be).
They kept us up todate and promptly responded to queries. The house purchase went through without issue.

Invited Michael Graham around to value our property and agreed to go on with them but had to chase them a week later as we had not heard anything.
Finally, they got in touch, and we arranged for photos and floor plans to be sorted. I also signed and completed all the paperwork. A week and a half later, still nothing, so I called them twice, each time leaving a message for a call back, but never got a call back.
4 weeks after last speaking with Graham and telling him that communication was key for my wife and I, we still have not had a call, txt, or an email.
Clearly, Michael Graham does not want a 600k+ listing.
