The staff at this branch have been absolutely great! A special shout out to Jo who was the agent that sold us our dream home but she also supported us all the way through, not leaving a stone unturned & being on everyone's case as much as possible. Having read the review below by Pete Donald, and bearing in mind I'm the person who bought his house, I can definitely say he has hit the nail on the head.
I had viewed another house with Jo that wasn't suitable for me, but she listened to why it wasn't and called me as soon as this house came available. I was working away so viewings were difficult but Jo sent me photos and the video tour and the rest is history. I'm a very happy home owner.
There was none of the smarmy Estate Agent chat or dismissive attitude that I've experienced elsewhere before, Just good honest personal service. Thank you Jo.

I hate everything about moving. It’s not easy in 2022 and the stress could actually kill you! HOWEVER with the upmost sincerity Mustard have been Amazing. Ben got the ball rolling on the sale and we have been dealing with Jo ever since. The reason for the review is the unreal effort from Jo over the last few weeks of the process. I don’t think we could have got to the finish line without her. She was relentless in making sure everything was on track and I can’t thank her enough.
You can’t put a price on having a real sale agent in your corner.

We couldn't thank Jo and Madelaine enough for their support and help with our sale/purchase over the last few months. It was definitely a rollercoaster of a ride and their persistence with keeping us updated and chasing everyone in our chain. Always provided us clarity where required, with never making you feel that any of the questions are silly. Even after the purchase of our new home, Jo still continues to support with ad hoc questions to the vendor.

Want to buy our sell your home? Look no further than Mustard in Towcester. They certainly earned their money. Our initial contact with Ben over a year ago was personal, professional and honest. His leadership got our property ready to market as soon as we had found our next home. When that day happened, over a year later, things moved very quickly with Jo being our main contact and her enthusiastic and proactive work ethic produced the required result on the same day our property was marketed. We had sold within 24hrs and the superb marketing material produced by Mustard did the trick, especially the video which was first class. We cannot fault Ben and his team, they were on hand to chase solicitors once the initial paperwork had been competed. You have heard of estate agents over promising and under delivering? Mustard in Towcester are the exact opposite. They have delivered their promises at a competitive cost and we would certainly not have sold so quickly without their expertise. It's a 10 out of 10 from us. Thank you Ben and Jo. You are a great team.

We initially signed up with another agent to sell our house. After a week of faffing about, our house still hadn’t been listed. Ben from Mustard called me and convinced me they’d get us up and listed by the end of that day. He delivered on his promise and from then on I knew I could trust the team at Mustard (Towcester) to sell our house quickly and get us the best price for it. Jo worked tirelessly to chase the chain and communicated frequently both with ourselves, our solicitors, and the rest of the chain. If it hadn’t been for her and Maddy I think we’d still be waiting for the chain to catch up. I cannot recommend them enough. Friendly, efficient, communicative, and always professional.

We chose to move at possibly the worst time in decades but Mustard at Towcester made it happen. Jo has been a wonderful addition to the team. She is caring and attentive to detail. She listens to her client and uses the information to sell your home. It's not rocket science but a lot of agencies we have come across don't seem to be able to do that.
