Having read the review below by Pete Donald, and bearing in mind I'm the person who bought his house, I can definitely say he has hit the nail on the head. I had viewed another house with Jo that wasn't suitable for me, but she listened to why it wasn't and called me as soon as this house came available. I was working away so viewings were difficult but Jo sent me photos and the video tour and the rest is history. I'm a very happy home owner. His leadership got our property ready to market as soon as we had found our next home. When that day happened, over a year later, things moved very quickly with Jo being our main contact and her enthusiastic and proactive work ethic produced the required result on the same day our property was marketed. We had sold within 24hrs and the superb marketing material produced by Mustard did the trick, especially the video which was first class. We cannot fault Ben and his team, they were on hand to chase solicitors once the initial paperwork had been competed. You have heard of estate agents over promising and under delivering?
