I choose Michael Graham estate agent in Buckingham after meeting with two other agents, in order to promote and sell my property ,a four bedroom 12 years old detached House house, in good condition.
Three promotional avenues were employed, a professionally photographed and produced colour gloss brochure for mailing to prospective buyers across the Michael Graham network.
The four page brochures included photographs of the exterior Gardens and the interior rooms with essential measurement details and descriptions of the principal rooms,
including a price guide and Michael Graham contact details
An online version of the brochure on both the Michael Graham website and right move
It was also shown on the Michael Graham shop front window in Buckingham,
Throughout the sales process the manager Luke, and the two senior sales consultants James and Gareth have secured serious potential buyers, and accompanied them when viewing the property.
Any questions that they were unable to answer, they contacted me, displaying honesty and integrity.
They worked as a team, standing in for one another, so there was always someone to speak to.
I was kept fully informed of the sales process without prompting.

Our entire purchase has taken just 12 weeks, from offer to completion (moving in date). This is despite the fact we had summer August holidays in the middle and had to comission a Lv3 survey due to the type of property.
A special mention must be given to Gareth Redman, the Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator who negotiated the sale and acted as our point of contact throughout. Gareth was both project manager and facilitaor, a co-pilot throughout the process proactively checking in with both sides to maintain momentum and resolve any issues.
