We put our house on the market with Michael Graham (MG) nearly a year ago now. We had the pleasure of meeting the Branch Director Richard who came to value the house and agree the terms. He was very friendly. Our subsequent viewings were managed by both Ander and Ben who kept both Ian and informed along the way. Again both professional and friendly and ensured we got what we wanted for our property.
There were a couple of occasions where when I called the office to follow up viewings for feedback that I didn’t get a call back or maybe the message had not been passed on, but this was not often. Just something to consider.
We did accept several offers in the time our house was on the market for, however because we had not found anywhere we had a few pull out and MG were quick to re-list our property. We finally were in a position where we had sold and found somewhere and I can honestly say that Ben was super informative. He kept me posted on progress right through from January to May and even the people who bought from us commented on his service to me as I don’t think they had such a great experience with the agent they used. I hope Ben gets recognised for his efforts and I wish him well in the future. Thanks again Michael Graham in Towcester!!

We recently moved from London, looking to relocate into the country. After undertaking research online we found a number of beautiful looking properties in the Michael Graham portfolio.
Booking viewings on the online portal was a doddle and was always followed up with a phone call to confirm arrangements. In total we saw 4 properties and in each property was presented expertly by clearly knowledgeable and passionate agents, all adhering to the Covid safety protocols.
We had our heart set on a beautiful cottage and from accepted offer to exchange and completion we can't speak highly enough of Ben Charsley, who was knowledgeable about the local area during the 2 house viewings (we need to be able to commute to London and didn't know the local area at all) The home sold itself to us in the end and we were delighted to now be moved in.
The exchange and completion was unfortunately delayed due to issues with the buyer's solicitor on our London flat but every step of the way Ben was a calming influence using excellent communication skills either via telephone or email. Ben was a pleasure to work with and is a credit to Michael Graham, a company we definitely would recommend and look to use in the future - unlikely we are ever going to move again however. Keep up the good work MG.

We pursued one house in particular and the agent involved - Ander Cockerill - has been exceptional in the service he has offered to us. If people take the time to look into a property you should have the decency to at least ring or email them back to at least discuss a viewing. No matter how idyllic the location.
It's disrespectful to the prospective buyer and the vendor.
Please review your customer service policy. You may think some sellers are time wasters but I've never written a bad review before in my life, so it's my time you're wasting now. We are all busy but a reply or quick chat is all that may be needed.
As customers we will remember the service received when the property market was booming if that ever changes in the future. I personally will be working with another agent.

We rang last Friday afternoon expressing interest in a property new on the market, left a message with a receptionist but to date no one has returned our call. My daughter also rang, left her details and again no response. So rude not to even acknowledge a client's call.

Apologies for the late review as the house was sold in June of this year. The first person to visit our home was Richard Irlam who gave us at the time of visit a valuation which was based on his profound knowledge of the local market and we achieved a sales price of £480,000 on a property that he valued at £495,000. The whole sales process was managed by Gareth Redman who managed it meticulously through each of the stages and put in so much effort to getting the property sold. At the time of final negotiation Ben Laidler was truly excellent. The only way to sell your property in this area is by instructing Michael Graham they always perform. The only thing that lets them down is there mundane, unenthusiastic receptionist otherwise I would give them five stars.

I have sold two houses over the last year with MG ( one mine and the other my daughters ) On both occasions I have had the pleasure of dealing with Gareth Redman who has been excellent in communicating the progress (even when it was not good news) being very pro active and persistent in his support and chasing the sale, up to, and after exchange and completion We had one of the houses with another estate agent who managed to lose 3 sales because they were not diligent with follow up and were very un professional. It is a fact, it would appear, that you get what you pay for.

We were delighted with the service we received at Michael Graham Towcester. We bought our house through them when we moved to the area, and had no hesitation in asking them to act for us when we decided to move.
The team are really proactive in marketing the house and even more impressive in the way that they follow up the sale once an offer has been accepted. We had quite a complicated sale due to difficulties with various chains, but Ben was unendingly positive and always available to support and drive things forward.
We think that Michael Graham is in a different league to most estate agents. We are trying to persuade them to set up in Oxfordshire, just in case we ever have to move again!

We just bought our new home via Michael Graham Towcester. The sellers are elderly in their 90s. Everything was going smoothly till it was discovered that there were a few disputes with the property such as relocation of the electric meter and a piece of land that the title did not reflect, plus a few other issues. From here began a race to chase the electric company, the land registry, the solicitors etc. But we had to do none of it as Gareth Redman and Richard Irland did it all for us. Gareth made sure the land part was sorted between the involved parties while Richard worked beyond hours and even on his breaks to get it all sorted within (believe it or not) 10 days time. Although the exchange of contracts took longer than expected and was more like a rollercoaster but none of it was because of the EA. They only greased the wheels. Both Richard and Gareth made sure the vendors solicitors worked twice as fast towards the end. Meanwhile, Ben Laidler was so patient with me, giving me updates, passing on my messages, it was always reassuring to talk to him. The property season being at its peak, it was particularly busy for these men but they ensured they responded to all my calls no matter when or where. Seamlessly done :)

From the valuation to Completion of the sale, the staff at Michael Graham work really hard on your behalf. Richard has an impressive knowledge of the market and it's current situation and gives you confidence that you are in good hands.
The brochure produced of my property was impressive and showed it off beautifully. Ben and Gareth were regularly in touch, updating you on the situation and when the chain became a bit wobbly, Ben worked really hard to stabilise it and to attain an acceptable completion date. Having had several atrocious experiences with high street estate agents in the past when selling investment properties, we swore we would never use one again. Our vendors had used Michael Graham in Towcester and the agent, Ben who sold us our house, I can honestly say is a refreshing change to the often realised stereotype estate agent. He was really friendly and professional- we were very impressed. Gareth showed us around the property we ended up buying and again, he was very professional. The chain ended up being quite complex and stressful - we really felt Gareth kept it together and kept things moving. His communication was excellent, he communed with us much more than our own estate agents.
