As first time buyers, we have had an awful service. No phone calls updating the stage of the house we were buying, every phone call felt like I was pestering them. Communication between staff was false, provided false information on planning and the position of the vendor. Really upset and disappointed with the experience.

Only found out when we moved to another agency.
