After swearing off estate agencies following a horrible experience with Foxtons, I didn't want to contact ML but we decided to do so because we absolutely loved the flat we saw advertised. From the initial viewing to having the agreement in place, only a week elapsed and it was one of the easiest processes I've ever gone through. Mark is genuinely one of the most responsive, helpful, and professional people I've come across in all of London and I have not stopped talking to my friends and coworkers about how great the process has been. My only regret at this stage is that I did not find ML Estates sooner and wasted two years renting through private landlords. You will not be let down and will have the smoothest experience possible if you choose ML!... Read more

I have been dealing with Leonard Wood in order to get a wonderful two bed two bath flat very good looking and in pristine condition in Hendon, it was challenging as the flat was very appealing by loads of people but Leonard dealt with this in a very professional way, and gave me a few options and was very flexible on the moving date, wonderful agent and will definitely recommend, I liked the way the contract was signed trough DocuSign, I find that very professional and transparent.... I am a landlord with many years of experience with letting apartments in NW6 and NW8 areas. In March 2015 I bought an apartment near ML Estates office. Soon after Leonard found me the first tenant. He even helped with choosing the blind and fitting light bulbs when I was not available. Mark helped me with finding the next tenant. He is a good negotiator as not a single day was lost. Have used Michael Leonard Estates for many years. They have helped find us tenants for a number of properties and they really go above and beyond in their service. They are extremely professional and friendly to deal with and maintain good relationships with tenants. Their use of Docusign means signing tenancy agreements is quick and straightforward. They have also been very helpful in overseeing small bits of work as one tenant leaves and another arrives. I would highly recommend them.... Read more

Through poor communication between ML Estates and the managing agent (Arkay Estates Ltd), I was placed in an untenable situation that pressured me into accepting a deduction of £165 (£200 until I challenged it) from my bond for a carpet being cleaned and a few nails being pulled out of a door frame.
