From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. A special mention goes to Alex, the Letting Manager, and Trevor, the Administrator & Coordinator Manager. Both were extremely knowledgeable and experienced, which gave me full confidence throughout the process. They clearly know the market inside out and handled everything efficiently, keeping me updated at every stage. Thanks to Alex and Trevor, the whole letting process was smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cedar Estate to any landlord looking for reliable and expert support.

7th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience when contacting this agency to arrange a viewing.<br><br>At first, I explained that the property would be for me and my baby. The member of staff placed me on hold, and after waiting, the call ended. I called back and the same thing happened again. This occurred around three times, which I found very frustrating and unprofessional.<br><br>When I eventually explained that the property would be for myself, my partner, and our baby, I was told that the property would be too small for the three of us. I felt that I was given repeated excuses rather than a clear and helpful explanation.<br><br>I understand that not every property will be suitable for every applicant, but I believe customers should still be treated with respect, listened to, and given professional communication. Unfortunately, my experience with this agency did not feel professional or welcoming.

He was super professional, efficient, proactive, ever cheerful, positive and friendly. He found tenants for the flat very quickly at a good rental value and he was always quick to respond to my email, calls and queries. He made the process completely stress-free for me as a Landlord and I would definitely recommend Nye and KFH for Lettings. Thanks so much Nye!

2nd May 2026 (13 weeks ago)My mum used Alison at Alexanders to sell her flat in Hendon. She had lost all faith in estate agents based on their poor performance. However, Alison secured a buyer in a relatively short time. Throughout, the negotiations and due diligence period, Alison was responsive, professional, commercial and a delight to work. We would highly recommend both Alison and Alexanders.

5th Jan 2013 (13 years ago)Avoid at all costs!. This company is a one man show. Could not agree more with the previous review. Extremely scruffy and dodgy looking character who is out to grab your money at all costs. Highly unprofessional. For landlords, will produce fake invoices to claim money. And for tenants, will never respond to phone calls if there is any problem with the house.

He made what could have been a stressful process so much easier and was always there whenever we needed him. We never felt pressured and always knew he had our best interests at heart. His communication was excellent from start to finish, and he genuinely went above and beyond for our family. I would highly recommend Igz to anyone looking for someone they can trust. 3rd Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)I live next to a property this agency lets, and they have let it get to rack and ruin, and despite the broken fence which was a break-in, and they promised they would repair it - they never did. They simply haven't kept up with the external of the property they manage, and while that may also be the fault of the property owner ... the agency despite their assurances on the repair and upkeep, simply didn't...

He was clear, communicative and transparent throughout, and happy to accommodate multiple viewings and guide us through the process.
