I had an extremely disappointing experience with Michael Tromans. It became painfully clear that if you don’t fit a certain color criteria, you're not treated with the same level of attention or respect. Despite reaching out multiple times, I received little to no response or assistance, while others seemed to be prioritized. This kind of discriminatory behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. It's shocking that in this day and age, a company would operate this way. I would strongly advise against working with them if you're looking for fair and equal treatment. "Beware of this business. They have shown a complete lack of professionalism and respect. Despite agreeing to all terms and offering the asking price, they responded by changing the price and offering no reasonable explanation. When we raised our concerns, the response was dismissive, even suggesting we report them to Trading Standards. I've worked in the trade for many years and have never encountered such a discriminatory and judgmental attitude. Be careful not to waste your time with them. My business partner called here today to ask for the status on the offer we submitted to micheal Tromans of wolverhampton, 2 months ago, till date I have not had any communication back! So my business partner decided to chace up the offer that was submitted 2 months ago, the clown Mark responded to saying he had no recollection of any offers that was submitted. I can not believe the amount of times I have tried to chance an offer, it's like they don't want to deal with you. I can't believe how they are still attracting commercial clients. Terrible! We have a group of companies that operate within the UK. And I have never ever dealt with a company like this before. Please avoid this company. Do your homework like I have, and go directly to the landlord, or look for a company that can make an offer directly to the landlord, than using this company micheal tromans&co. Terrible service. I have submitted an offer to this company 6 weeks ago, I still have not heard from this company. I spoke to some one named Mark, this person is a total joke! He does not have any intrest in renting out a property or forming a deal. I hope that all lardlords that use this company to move their properties to a company that are professional and that want to forward with a deal. I was put off by this company. The experience with this agent is disgusting! They are extremely rude and sarcastic. I own many commercial properties and was looking to invest further. I managed to arrange a viewing although was very put off by the initial telephone conversation with the customer service I received. When the agent arrived at the property he was extremely rude. He did not even greet me he just walked straight past me as though he didn't see me and just opened the lock. He did not speak to me once. He didn't offer to even show me around the property instead stood in the corner quietly. When I had finished looking around the property I asked a couple of questions where I then received one word answers. I have never In my life has been so disappointed and furious with the service this company provides. When I went to put an offer on the property again they were extremely rude and because of that reason I will NEVER use this agent and I would strongly recommend any landlord who is looking to sell their property to not use. Avoid.. completely avoid. Had a viewing with a person called Mark. Believed to be the owner/manager. Total waste of time. Didn't know much details of the property. I have submitted an offer and 2 weeks into the process the guy (mark) still has no clue of the deal.. forever waiting for communication. Very very slow communication. Avoid this commercial agent like a plague. Do not deal with Mark. You will be lucky if he will know what day it is, never mind the deal on a commercial property. Take my advise and go to another commercial agent.... Read more
