I only have positive feedback for the service i received. There was no "pushy" second hand car salesman type approach, instead i had a very professional, courteous and knowledgeable sales agent in Zac. Within a week of giving the go ahead to put my flat up for sale, an open day had been arranged with numerous potential buyers. I achieved an offer above the listed valuation, which market conditions at the time dictated, but i truly believe that Zac's knowledge of the market and professionalism during the open day had a major influence on this. I was kept up to date on the progress of the sale on a regular basis and couldn't have had a more relaxed approach to selling my flat. I would definitely recommend Miles and Barr to anyone who is thinking of selling and in particular Zac. Thank you Zac.

I've been using Miles & Barr for years now and have never had an issue. Zac helped me buy my first flat and even put me in touch with a great mortgage broker to make the process even easier. Then when I decided to rent it out, they helped me find tenants really quickly. Anne and Zac have been managing the property ever since so I don't have to worry about chasing rent or arranging repairs which means I'm totally stress free. I'll soon be renting out another property and I've no doubt that will be just as painless. Highly recommend.
