Buying and selling a property can be so stressful, but the team at Hunters helps make this as smooth as possible.
We had multiple viewings very early on, followed by several offers.

Scott and the team at Hunters Barnehurst were friendly and supportive throughout the sales process. The demonstrated excellent knowledge of the local market, all the initial required information was provided promptly enabling us to make a quick decision about which agent to go with. Getting the property on the market was fast and efficient, and initial viewings quickly followed. We did not sell on the initial batch of viewings but were advised almost daily on progress and level of interest. Following discussion with the agents after a drop in interest in the property, we adjusted the price and the property quickly sold after a further batch of viewings from potential buyers. We used the conveyancing company recommended by the agent who were efficient and very reasonably priced. Very happy with the outcome and would thoroughly recommend Hunters to anyone wishing to sell in the Barnehurst/Bexleyheath area.

It was good to get a sales manager who was open to listening to our ideas and concerns and had always kept all communication channels open. The only slight point of improvement would be them being a bit more proactive in coming up with more selling strategies and pursuing people better. Happy to recommend them elsewhere.
