Not the best experience. Hunters of Medway cancelled our pre booked viewing 1 hour before our arranged appointment -because we hadn’t sold our own house (even though another colleague had taken all of our details at booking and had called to confirm our attendance 2 hours beforehand). We have an open house next Saturday where our property is likely to sell due to its own secluded position and uniqueness. Hunter’s owner did call to apologise and rectify, we have now managed to view the property two days later.

Highly recommend! We were recommended Hunters ourselves through a friend, and after getting a few quotes from different estate agents, based on first initial service and knowledge provided to us, we selected Hunters at Medway to help sell our property. Not only did they help sell and get an offer accepted within a week, they helped the move go smoothly and they have gone above and beyond with service. Their photos are professional and they have a very good understanding of industry knowledge. Moving house is proven to be extremely stressful and they made us feel at ease and helped In anyway they could. They were quick at responding, and their customer service is exceptional. Sandra our estate agent helped us when we couldn't get responses from our buying agent and always made sure that we were in the loop with the process. A huge thank you to Sandra Kazmierczak and her team for making our move happen. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Very bad service as they refused viewing access even when I am ready to buy but for them I was not "in good position" due to myself working extensive hours and have said my parents will view on my behalf. Completely bizarre service from an Estate agency and I have never experienced this feeling of being belittled from anyone! I work withing the industry itself and never have I ever refused a viewing for anyone.
Incompetent and a company that clearly does not work in the vendors best interest as well as potential new business. I had been warned by others to not go through with Hunters due to their lack of good customer service and now I understand why.

Of all the decisions made last year, picking Hunters as our estate agent was one of the best decisions we made. The team at Hunters went above and beyond what we expected of an agent. Their willingness to provide direct feedback on the offer made on the house was much appreciated. Their advice and guidance through the last year was much needed. But, it was their willingness to step in when others were unwilling to address issues with the sale that will not be forgotten. I couldn’t recommend Hunters in Chatham enough, choosing them as our EA was a no brainer. Mark and Luke have been so so helpful throughout the process and were always at the end of the phone to answer any questions we had or help make the process run smoothly. I also feel that they had a great communication channel into our buyers which put us all as ease.
They made our home look it’s absolute best (which nearly made us not want to let it go!) and have a fantastic marketing strategy which meant our house sold in 2-weeks flat. Even in a chain of 4 properties we managed to complete in just over 3-months which is no mean feat and in part down to the hard work they put in alongside their sales progressor.
Thank you so much to the whole team! We couldn't be happier in our new home :)

I had 2 viewings with Hunters and was greeted at the first property by Tom Taylor, unfortunately I wasn’t able to enter as I had forgotten my mask but Tom was very understanding and suggested rearranging the first viewing while we meet up at the second (after I’d picked up my mask). Getting to the second property I was apprehensive as it needed a lot of work but Tom ensured I was well informed about the area, market prices and potential. He was great throughout the viewing giving ideas and advice on what could work for me. I never at any point felt pressured or rushed into a decision and he was there to answer any and all of my questions as a first time buyer.
I’m yet to complete but Tom has been super helpful, answering my many many questions along the way. I would 100% recommend hunters (and Tom Taylor if you can get him ????)

We have been so impressed with Hunters from the very start of the process of selling our property - they really did stand out as the most professional of the agents we approached, and made us feel confident that they could achieve a good outcome for us. We felt it was really important to have an experienced team for us to work with, and also for our buyers to have that professionalism as we’d move forwards through the sale.
Our agent Mark has been brilliant - we were so pleased to have an agent on board who really knew their facts, and who appreciated our home! We were blown away by the quality of the photography, and so pleased with the brochure and accuracy of the listing information.
Sandra then achieved offers on our house through a number of bookings on an open day, on the first day it was available to view. She kept us well informed on progress, and was wonderful to deal with. The whole process so far has run smoothly, and we've been so happy with the service and advice we've received.
We would definitely recommend Hunters to anyone in the area - they really have been so professional at all stages, patient with us, never pushy with add-ons, and always seem to have time if you’ve any queries.

Hunters have an exceptional team in their Chatham office. It was only 10 days from the time I spotted a property that I liked in their window to having had an offer accepted on it - and selling my own property.
The energy and enthusiasm of the Hunters team was really encouraging. Undoubtedly, the information package, allied with superb photography, was key in attracting a host of viewings that came think and fast in the first few days. We had agreed a price within four days of putting our house on the market.
Small things matter a great deal. Hunters never forgot that this was my home first, their sale second. Their attitude was always polite, positive and professional, not to mention friendly and helpful.

This is an exceptional estate agent run by great people
Hunters will go out of their way to provide an excellent service and will stop at nothing until your home is sold and completed . They really think out of the box.
They are a cut above the chain estate agents which are generally rubbish because the people running them do not have a stake in the business.
Makes no difference if your based away from the Branch. They will get you marketed everywhere and more importantly get you sold.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this agent. Thank you to Richard, Mark and Tom.

Tom at Hunters worked exceptionally well with us and after two weekends of seeing many houses we bought one through Hunters. The team at Hunters Chatham have been exemplary from day one. They have managed the viewings and sale of our home in a professional, courteous and friendly manner. The communication between us as sellers and Hunters has been outstanding. They will call to book viewings, send an email to confirm booked viewings and text you a reminder, which is great, especially when you have many other things which pre occupy your mind when you're selling a home. Richard and his team were proactively supportive in a way I wish my solicitor had been! Not just in the marketing but throughout the whole process, I found the team to be dedicated, professional, courteous and efficient. They were able to provide knowledgeable advice that was refreshingly different from the other agents we had sampled. For example, instead of wasting time taking measurements at the initial meeting, they took care to do it more accurately when photographs were taken (by the professional photographer). Their telephone manner was always friendly and polite. They successfully attracted viewers from outside the area. All this, yet their rates were average for a high street estate agent in the area. I would highly recommend.
