I recently had to move after our previous landlord wanted to redevelop the whole building. I was dreading the prospect of moving and viewed about 15 different properties before eventually making an offer and having it accepted for a property let and managed by Millennium Residential. So far Marc has been great at getting everything ready and sorted for us to move in. I've had none of the problems I've had in the past with some other agents. Nicholas Hart at Millennium was very efficient, helpful and the service was exceptional. I have moved 6 times in London and I have not come across such good service from an estate agent. I actually tried to find a property through his company when we moved (because we were so pleased with him) but unfortunately there were none suitable at that point time. At first the way he conducted the contracts inventory seemed a little over the top, but it turned out to be for our own good and we wish all estate agents were forced to work in this way!
