I am delighted with the service I received from Scott at Miller Estate Agents in the sale of my Glasgow property. I went with him after he successfully sold my neighbours property. After our first conversation I felt at ease and knew he was the right agent for me. He has a great knowledge of the market and what is achievable. He produced fantastic marketing material for my property and showed it at times which suited potential buyers. Communication was great throughout and he always got detailed feedback and passed that straight on to me. Scott also went above and beyond by going back to my property at short notice after it was sold to take a meter reading for me as I live in a different city. I really couldn’t have asked for more. Where do I start, Scott was a choice of three estate agents I was planning on selling my property with. From the moment I met Scott I felt at ease and respected his straight shooting positive attitude and made me intrigued on his selling techniques as the thing that stood him alone was his “from start to finish journey” his “virtual staging” of my property which was empty at the point of sale and he filled it full of warmth for maximum potential to meet the right buyer!

Have used miller's estate agents to sell my old flat and currently selling my house with Scott, much like when selling my flat Scott has been clear on the process and very helpful, sold my flat very quickly and for a great price, and same goes with the house, went on market just last week and have accepted again, another great offer for the house, considerably more than I was expecting, so very pleased, I had a few quotes from other estate agents and cost wise they was all much the same so decided as Scott done so well selling my old flat I'd ask him to sell the house, so glad I did, same, well advised, quick and efficient service as before, highly recommended

Was able to get a great offer on my property, with Scott conducting well organised viewings, updating us throughout.

I don't even know where to start. Miller estate agents is like none other. Scott is professional yet friendly. Nothing is too much to ask and I truly believe he got us a smashing value for our property. I jokingly challenged him to sell our house within a week and of course he did! Every viewing and enquiry he informed us about and the level of interest the viewers had, and wether he expected them to follow up or offer. This was great for us and kept the stress low. Amazing service from start to finish. I first met Scott when I was buying my first flat and as a buyer he made me feel really at ease. He was very thorough with all the information about the property and quick at replying to emails etc in the process of the sale. For that reason, I never considered any other company to use when it came to selling my property. In less than a week the initial consultation was done, the photos were taken by the photographer, the advert was up and the flat was sold at a great price. Scott took care of absolutely everything making the full process stress free. I am so grateful for all Scott’s hard work and efforts in the sale of my flat as despite the fact he did all the work, he kept me updated on everything making sure I agreed with everything he was doing and made me feel like part of his team all hoping for the same end goal!

This was a very stressful time for the family and after speaking with a few different estate agents, Scott stood out from the rest with his personal one to one service which none of the other agents offered. I was in the process of trying to 'buy out' the equity the Government had in my property as part of the Help to Buy Scheme however did not have a clue where to start. Scott made that very simplistic for me and has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I had initially contacted one of the high street estate agents about selling my flat and I thought their valuation was a bit low / they didn't know much about my area. I then went to Miller Estate Agents for a comparison (Scott had just sold a flat a few streets over for a really good price). I went with Scott as his service seemed to offer a lot more. He dealt with the viewings himself rather than it being left to a viewer (in my own experience of house hunting they never know much about the property). Also, Scott provided regular updates and was great at communicating throughout the whole process. Long story short, the other estate agents said a good price for my property was £110k given my area. With Miller Estate Agents my flat has just sold for over £130k. Would 10/10 recommend Miller Estates to anyone looking to sell. They know their stuff and were an absolute pleasure to deal with.

From our initial meeting with Scott we knew he would be the best man to sell our house. Even when we had to bring our the date forward by a whole month (and in between Christmas and New Year) he wasn’t fazed and had the house live in the market in just over a week.

I have now officially accepted one of the offers today. My house sat with another high street estate agent since July, the offer I accepted beginning of August was not fully checked & was more complicated than I was aware. December & the sale still wasn’t over the line while I had to do all the chasing for updates. I then decided to go with Scott who gave me complete confidence, he has updated me every step of the way & will continue to do so on a weekly basis until everything is complete.
Anyone thinking of selling then please keep this guy in mind. I can’t recommend him enough ????

Communication - rapid. Always gets back to you promptly.
Marketing - He has excellent photographers, the quality and editing of our marketing was second to none.
Valuation - explained this process really well including home report guidance, all made simple.
Sale - Scott superseded all of our expectations and managed this with a very short time on the market - outstanding.
During what has been a very stressful time with an ever changing market and volatile interest rates, Scott guided us through the process from start to finish, answered any questions we had and even those we hadn't anticipated yet. We couldn’t recommend Miller Estate Agents enough. Scott is so knowledgeable and put at ease any apprehensions we had of selling our first family home. We never had any trouble getting in touch with him and he was always willing to assist us with anything we needed.
Our house was on the market within the week of our first meeting with Scott with our home report, photographs and video done within a couple of days. We felt that the video made a real impact in comparison to just photographs. Our house looked so good we had doubts about selling lol!
Our house was then on the market for less than 48 hours before an offer was put in and accepted. Which massively exceeding our expectations. We only have Scott to thank for that due to efficient he was!
Despite this being the first time we have sold a house, we could already see the difference in service that not only we received selling our house but any potential buyers had booking viewings etc. The response rate from Miller Estate Agents was second to none and we noticed a big difference when contacting other agencies to book viewings for ourselves and how the process wasn’t as seamless as we/our potential buyers had experienced with Scott.
We also used the services recommended by Scott including the surveyor and mortgage advisor - in which we also received fantastic service from. This took a lot of the stress away of by trying to find someone reputable ourselves.
If you are looking to sell your home - you will thank yourself later if you choose Miller Estate Agents!!!

We met Scott last year when deciding to sell our home , at the time he was working with purple bricks .We had a few well known estate agents visit too and out of them all he was the only one that gave us his honest opinion on whether to upgrade our bathroom and convert garage ,( which we were already thinking of doing but needed a bit of advice on it ).Every estate agent we had in said not to bother as it wouldn't make a difference to price , we got the feeling they just wanted the sale. if we had listened to them we would certainly not have got the price we were after .Scott advised us on what to do. He could've been like the rest and just take the sale , but after 6months we contacted Scott ( by this time he had left purple bricks) in doing so we not only received a very personal and bespoke service that suited us but got the price we were looking for , and our house was sold in 10 days . We will be using Scott again in October to sell our cottage in Arrochar once the works have been completed . Couldn’t recommend Scott @ Miller Estate Agents enough. A truly first class professional approach to dealing with everything to do with selling my home. After having a ‘so called’ main stream estate agency over to my house before Scott, the difference was unbelievable. Scott sat down and had a conversation with myself and set out a plan and there wasn’t a doubt in my mind that I had to sell my home with Scott. He sorted everything out whilst also doing the viewings himself and was only ever a phone call or text message away at all times which made things a lot easier and stress free.

Selling property can be stressful but Scott of Miller Estate Agents was by far the easiest and best decision I had to make through the whole process.
Scott takes the time to explain each step of the process and advise on each stage. He personally managed all aspects on my behalf from start to finish including photographs and marketing, viewings, liaising with solicitors, background checks re potential buyers etc.

Called Miller estate agents regarding a property that had just came onto the market, in our perfect location. I was contacted by Scott, who might I add was very friendly and professional sending over a requested home report immediately and arranging a viewing for the next afternoon, which allowed us to be the first to view ???? Scott was lovely and knew exactly what he was talking about in regards to the property itself. (I’ve been to some views where estate agents can’t answers questions about the property) once we had submitted an offer Scott stayed in constant contact with myself.
