Rebecca handled our recent sale/purchase which was part of a large chain - she was everything we could have hoped for from a solicitor. Her advice stopped us from buying a property that wasn't right for us and we ended up purchasing what is now our dream home. It really felt like she was fighting our corner and truly had our best interests at the centre of everything. She was knowledgeable, approachable, and took the time to explain things to us when we didn’t understand certain bits of paperwork. Milne Moser wasn't the cheapest quote we had, but I have no doubt that their excellent service was worth the bit extra and probably saved us thousands overall as Rebecca was able to swiftly progress things and competently dealt with any complications that arose. We would use Milne Moser again with 100% confidence, genuinely highly recommended.

My wife and I have been very pleased with the advice and conveyancing services we have received from Rebecca Ladell and her colleagues. She dealt very professionally with the purchase of our house in Kendal under a long lease a couple of years ago, so we asked her to act again in the slightly unusual case of purchasing the bare freehold underlying the long lease, during which several complications arose. Rebecca handled all this very competently and helpfully and saw the matter through to the outcome we required, despite the vendors’ representatives proving consistently slow & unhelpful and repeatedly putting forward defective documentation. We will certainly use Milne Moser again for future legal work and are happy to recommend them.

We recently used Milne Moser solicitors in Milnthorpe for a very complex relocation which involved 2 sales and a purchase with multiple locations and chains. We cannot speak highly enough about Rebecca and the team. Having had to deal with a number of conveyancing solicitors throughout, Rebecca & David stood out from the rest with their professionalism, proactiveness and diligence. We were on a strict timescale to relocate and I honestly don’t know if we would have achieved this without their support and pragmatism.
