As a family selling a property after a bereavement you need an Estate Agent that will deal with the sale of a property efficiently and swiftly we had many hold ups with our sale.But Leigh at hackney and Leigh kept us informed through the whole process. Due to chain issues it took much longer than expected, but they were with us all the way, Great team Great service! Special thanks to Leigh she was a star !

In the past year, I've bought and sold a house with Hackney and Leigh in Arnside. On both occasions, I've had an excellent experience. My main dealings were with Leigh Bedwell in the sales team and I found her to be efficient, communicative and very professional. Buying and selling houses is rarely stress-free but Hackney and Leigh made the process as smooth as it could be.

I work as a Case Manager within a Legal Services company and we used Hackney & Leigh to sell a property on from a deceased persons estate following a recommendation from another happy customer.
Leigh, one of the agents specifically was brilliant! Nothing was ever too much. The process was as smooth as it could possibly have been. Everything was arranged including any works needed to be done at the property and it was never a problem. If I had not had Leigh to guide me through the process and advise in situations where needed, it would have been a much harder process as our company is not local to the property.
I can not recommend this company enough!!

Can't rate Leigh at Hackney and Leigh highly enough. She has been terrific. Mum gets easily confused and was daunted at the prospect of selling the family home to move into a smaller more manageable flat. But Leigh listened to her needs and was very friendly and helpful with whatever queries we had. She has guided us through the whole process and has given that personal touch that is so lacking in many organisations these days. Would be happy to recommend her as estate agent to anybody.

Leigh, Keira and all of the team at hackney and Leigh were fantastic in helping us to sell our house. Great photo and media package, everything done to our specifications. Great communication throughout the process and always available to talk things through or offer advice. Would most definitely recommend hackney and Leigh.
Thier Combined sales and conveyancing package was very competitively priced. A great local estate agents offering friendly and professional service. ????

We purchased a property via Hackney and Leigh. Leigh was extremely helpful especially in helping to move the process along when things got stuck higher up the chain. Without her persistence to keep the chain moving, we'd probably still be in our old house. She was very approachable and reassuring and kept us well informed throughout.
