I work as a Case Manager within a Legal Services company and we used Hackney & Leigh to sell a property on from a deceased persons estate following a recommendation from another happy customer. Leigh, one of the agents specifically was brilliant! Nothing was ever too much. The process was as smooth as it could possibly have been. Everything was arranged including any works needed to be done at the property and it was never a problem. If I had not had Leigh to guide me through the process and advise in situations where needed, it would have been a much harder process as our company is not local to the property. Can't rate Leigh at Hackney and Leigh highly enough. She has been terrific. Mum gets easily confused and was daunted at the prospect of selling the family home to move into a smaller more manageable flat. But Leigh listened to her needs and was very friendly and helpful with whatever queries we had. The staff at Hackney and Leigh worked incredibly hard through the inevitable difficulties that arise when selling a house . Alex gave us incredible support as did Gillian and Anne Marie ; they listened to our ideas and without doubt achieved the result we wanted. We've been talking to Hackney & Leigh for over 6 months now, firstly about renting an apartment in Arnside (we live in Twickenham) and now that we are here, looking at properties for sale on their books. All the staff in the Arnside office have been really helpful and informative and have arranged numerous viewings for us (sometimes at very short notice) and are quick to update us on any new properties coming onto the market. Hackney & Leigh's sales & marketing literature is outstanding, and I have mentioned to them that their photography and walk through videos really are a 'cut above' the opposition, and now that they have an aerial drone and fully licensed operators, their photographs and video content are sure to be even more dynamic - showcasing clients properties to maximum advantage.
