Not the easiest house sale and purchase but Milne Moser Estate Agents were very good and our Solicitor, Suzie Kavanagh, was excellent. She was very efficient, acted promptly and kept us well informed and cheerful when others were less rapid in response. J&PB Milnthorpe

From the first contact with Andrew, through to the completion, the whole team at Milne Moser have been so supportive. They always returned calls, kept us informed of any developments as they happened, took care of viewings, the whole package. We initially chose them because they were the agents that sold us the property and we were taken with their professionalism and it stuck. So glad that their attention to detail is as good as we remembered. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. Top notch team all round.

Rebecca handled our recent sale/purchase which was part of a large chain - she was everything we could have hoped for from a solicitor. Her advice stopped us from buying a property that wasn't right for us and we ended up purchasing what is now our dream home. It really felt like she was fighting our corner and truly had our best interests at the centre of everything. She was knowledgeable, approachable, and took the time to explain things to us when we didn’t understand certain bits of paperwork. Milne Moser wasn't the cheapest quote we had, but I have no doubt that their excellent service was worth the bit extra and probably saved us thousands overall as Rebecca was able to swiftly progress things and competently dealt with any complications that arose. We would use Milne Moser again with 100% confidence, genuinely highly recommended.

Ruth and everybody I speak to in the milne moser office are exceptional. I'm always made to feel like a very valued customer and their professionalism is next level. Communication is excellent and all issues are dealt with very quickly, I cannot rate Milne Moser highly enough.
