I reached out to them about letting a property through them. The guy I spoke to took all the details and never called back. I just made another call to follow up and without hearing me out fully, he said they don't want my business. I found that extremely rude way of dealing with a customer.
Previously, I spoke to Hiten who was very polite and helpful. But, the way they spoke to me today was very unprofessional.

From Start to finish the staff have been great. We needed to sell our property fast and the Mischa & Co team did not disappoint. Within the first 1 week they had already had buyers lined up with full asking price and above, which we were very happy with. The sale of the property was so smooth and the team was always there to support us though out. This place is a JOKE of a company. They purposely took advantage of me and my housemates knowledge on relocation and didn’t even call back or let us know what the current status was on TWO properties! When I called to alert them of the mistreatment we had recieved they then gave us more false information as to how they would move forward. Finally they stopped answering all together. Having no regard for the living situation of us. If they had simply communicated we would’ve made different plans in regards to the situation but instead chose to ignore those who took time out of their working week with expectations of ATLEAST communication and RESPECT. Mind you the woman who hosted the initial viewing was beyond rude and condescending ! I honestly, for the welfare and stress levels of others DO NOT RECOMMEND. 0/10 SERVICE.

Been renting through Mischa and Co and just completed a sale with them also. Impressed by the fact that the whole team are very professional. Sam, Lily, Misha and George always keep me up to date with issues and progress.
There's no sense of being taken for a ride or being pushed in any particular direction (which has been my experience with estate agents I've used in the past).
I would highly recommend Mischa & Co if you are looking to buy, sell or rent a property.

Couldn’t have asked for more from the sale of multiple properties simultaneously. Misha diligently conducted viewings, kept me informed with all offers and the buyers positions. Advice was provided on the proceedability of the prospective buyers. Once a sale was agreed, Misha successfully negotiated a 28 day exchange and completion followed shortly thereafter - as a seller this was perfect. Just been to have a look for a House to rent in Abercorn Road in Stanmore. Very very dirty house for 1975. Believe not been painted for more then 5 years. We have beend asked to remove the shoes going upstairs, where actually the house wasn't even hovered..fingers of dust on the floor.
Distgusting!! Not recomend to anyone.

Mischa has been absolutely brilliant and very professional. We have used other agents in the past to rent our properties and i can not even compare them to Mischa . The Team at Mischa & Co did a great job selling the house during this extremely challenging time. We put the house on the market in November 2019 and received a great offer considering the market was unstable due to Brexit. Following this we then had further issues with COVID-19 which delayed the completion further. Finally we have completed just in time before the buyers mortgage offer expires. Great job guys.

I would highly reccomend Mishca and Co for all your property lettings and sales .They have a very professional approach and excellent advise for landlords regarding any new regulations as well .Very clean and tidy in paperwork ,even when someone comes to view ,they will email you and give you name of person and his feedback .Their rent gaurantee is well worth the money ,its peace of mind .They have every detail covered regarding letttings ,and a very modest fee.

Bunch of cowboys! Please please please do yourself a favour and do not rent from Mischa & Co! They only take your money and don't care about you and your wellbeing. They play a dirty game with you and stress you. This is how they make money! When it comes to your deposit, they drive you mad and always find a way to keep all or most of it. They even demand money from you to remove your name from the contract. This agency should be investigated by the council!

This is the worst estate agent I have ever come across. Please never rent any flat from them. Problem about everything. Landlord is happy, agents are looking for problems. They are rude, especially the owner. Unpleasant and never able to help. Never check the flats properly. After renting be prepared you will have to move out after 5 months. Because some problems may occur. Will never recommend it to anyone. Be aware of this estate agent!!!!!!!
