Where do I start?
Fridge did not work for 14 months and they attended to arrange a replacement in August 2022. This didn’t get installed until October 2023.
In this time, the freezer stopped working. The Dishwasher stopped working. Our sinks were blocked from the previous tenant, the balcony doorframes were rotten, they’d lost the keys for the window in the bedroom, the previous tenant had left furniture despite it being unfurnished. They said it had “freshly been painted” and then in the inventory put “in 2017”.
Then, we had a leak behind our toilet, and the toilet was constantly flushing, it took them over 2 months to address this and inflicted a £600 bill which they have refused to contribute towards.
Their service is abysmal, their understanding of regulation is appalling, and I would warn any tenant off letting with Mistoria.
I am approaching the property ombudsman.

After Mistoria took over MTD we heard nothing from them. Zero customer service, nothing that would make us feel valued as tenants. Someone else took over as our agent a few months ago and since then we have received so much harassment from Mistoria including emails, calls, texts, demanding we pay our rent to them despite no longer being on their books.
