Just had a boiler replacement in one of my properties, Lisa could not have been more helpful. She got quotes, questioned them to find out exactly what the works covered, and gave very thoughtful advice. With no disrespect intended to letting agents, I've used quite a few in the past that would get a single quote, not question it at all and then be surprised if the landlord started asking questions. This type of situation is a 3 way partnership, and the agent needs to ensure its win:win for everyone. The guy that got the work gave a competitive quote and clearly had done a good job in suggesting an appropriate boiler. Thanks Lisa, good job.... Read more

Today a funeral car attempted the through way at the rear of Pick My Pad but was unable because a member of staff parked her car even though they have a car park. What if the emergency services needed to put out a fire or save a life?! Well the member of staff I spoke to was not interested in the least, obnoxious & rude spring to mind. I just hope she will not require these services as the people that live in the locality obviously do not interest her. Extremely disappointed with this staff member.... Read more
