Were brilliant from start to finish in helping us buy our dream house.
Went out there way to show us round and fit us in a late viewing. Were very good at pointing out all the highlights of the property we might have missed on first viewing and weren't pushy at all.
Did a great day of sorting out a day of viewing other properties at our request and created a easy to manage schedule with very friendly agents.
When came to purchase the house they were quick to respond to all messages and were a great link to the developers and helped guide us to get something that suited both parties.
Did a great job in moving in day to get us over the line linking in closely with solicitor, developers and smoothing over last minute issues.

We've just completed on a house purchase through Monroe, led by Rowan. A truly faultless process with Rowan handling everything with care and a sense of impartiality which is somewhat rare when you are the buyer.
Rowan helped us through some bumps and always undertook this in a manner which never left us feeling rushed or under pressure. Really pleasant experience and we've come out with a house which we love and are starting to make our own.

I cannot speak highly enough of Monroe, and specifically Rowan. She was wonderful to work with. Monroe sold our family home in Boston Spa, giving us honest feedback from viewings which enabled us to make subtle changes along the way. Their photographs and videos of our house were unbelievable - which goes a long way in getting people through the door.
Rowan also listened to our very specific criteria for our new home moving forwards and found us our dream property. Even helping us negotiate to secure the best possible price.
Rowan made everything very easy to navigate and was always available and helpful throughout the purchasing and selling process. Updates from where we were on both sides, navigating the lengthy legal process and even after we were moved into our new home - checking we were ok and if we had any questions.
