Very very happy morris dibben helped me with the purchase of one of their properties. Couldn't do enough for us. If we needed help with anything they were always on the other end of the phone. I recently used Morris Dibben for my sale and purchase of an onward property. From day one I could not fault the service. Very friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. My property was on the market for less than a month before selling and I was constantly updated with the progress of my purchase. The gentleman who was dealing with my sale and purchase was Adam Dickel.

We are very disappointed with the service received today on 21/01/2017. We had a viewing arranged for 3.30pm today and were left in the cold for at least 15 minutes. Understandabily it was a double viewing booked but when we arrived at the property we made our presence known to the agent (Ben) but he did not acknowledge us.
No communication was made to inform us of what was happening and how long we had to wait. It was freezing outside and in the end we had to leave without viewing the property. We had done a number of viewings before and this was our very first viewing booked with Morris Dibben but the impression was definitely not a good one.... Read more

Worst estate agents going, rented of them for 10 months. Ceiling collapsed, rising damp and leaks. They made a mistake with the contracts meaning we had a rolling contract rather than fixed term which meant we could leave early! The only silver lining in the whole experience.... Read more

Very very disappointed with the quality of service today. Myself and my partner both work full time and find it difficult to arrange viewings around work hours, thus having to take time off of work today. Our appointment was for 17:15pm, however, upon arriving we were told that the house had already been taken by a couple before us, that hadn't booked an appointment and basically just turned up. (Even though on the webpage it was 'appointment only') The colleague said that the lack of communication between employees meant that there were two bookings that he didn't know about, and although we were meant to be first, we wern't. The 'new' tenants were in the house already as we just turned up, after they had just viewed it not 5 minutes before us, and put down a deposit. I wouldn't have minded, if maybe we had recieved a call to let us know that that was the case. Instead we were greeted by a very rushed and negative agent that tried to make excuses by stating that it was an open day (which it wasn't) and that it was his colleagues fault. I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of service today, as totalling the cost of the taxi to get there, and both of our days wages, we have basically spent £183 to be messed around. Not happy... Rude. Unhelfull. Horrible house. Low standards. I would put 0 stars if possible. if you are a student turn away now! we where messed around on viewing at the beginning of the year, the estate agents where rude and clearly didn't eat to be there. there has been no communication throughout the year and we where only informed of late rent charges through a later that came late. when trying to enquire about accounts every residents payment had been Ade into one account so it was very difficult to tell who owed how much. they just sent us a complicated balance sheet and we where left to see who owed what. I phone and sorted my accounts and told I have finished paying. Then I get an phone call saying I owe more. when I went to call back I got through to the company and lady called Debby. she didn't seem to know what was happening with my account so I was transferred to the accounting department, who was rude to me and couldn't find my account for ages. he then denied that he had anything to do with it, put me on hold before I could speak and then transferred me back to Debby with no further communication. I was left on hold then Debby was back again suddenly knowing all about this. when I proceeded to complain she basically said it was my own fault and any further comments of mine where not listened to and thrown back in my face. Such unwillingness to help you customers is disrespectful and completely unacceptable.... Read more
