I met with an agent at the property and then handed in keys so they could do viewings. I was told there was a afew viewings by email.but had to always ask for an update afterwards. I then had to request someone get in touch for an update and decided to drop the price aftershock it sold pretty quickly. 3 stars overall as.i wouldn't say there was anything outstanding so far just average.... Our experience with Mov8 was easy they kept us informed with viewing and communication was prompt. The only thing was their offices are in Edinburgh and Glasgow and we are in Carnoustie which was a little inconvenient if we needed to go to their office to sign things... Read more

Bought my first property using mov8 estate agents and solicitors and didn’t have a clue what I was doing. The team there handled everything from start to finish making sure all my documents that were needed got done on time and correct. Ross Sneddon was my initial contact and explained everything in detail and arrived with examples of marketing. He was very friendly and professional. Once I made my choice of preferred estate agent (MOV8) I was contacted by Lindsay Simpson who was responsible for collecting all the relevant property and personal details plus arranging the sales board, photographer and home report appointments and then had the information assembled into a video, photographs, property schedule for my approval. Quite simply Lindsay was excellent and outstanding at her job. Both her manner and efficiency were second to none. At this point I was passed onto Ben Ginn who was responsible for the sale of the property. After a explanation of the sales procedures and advice I was able to customise the plan to my own specifications. Ben was very professional and kept me informed regularly at every stage What I now have to stress is the dedication, knowledge and speed with which the whole process took. Plus how seamlessly I was passed onto each person who had all the previous information to hand. I was constantly kept up to date by everyone through emails, texts and phone calls but more importantly whenever I left a message or sent an email they were replied to and answered promptly. My partner and me are highly recommending MOV8 Real Estate. Courtney M was helping us with securing our first home. She is the most supportive and kind person. She was keeping us up to date throughout the process and she understood how stressful this can be, reassuring me and always having time to answer any questions I had. Even when I called 10mins before her shift was ending on Friday afternoon, to send written offer to the seller, she did it with me on the phone so I can be sure it was done.
