Save yourself the time , money and hassle . Use any other estate agents in cardiff ... can only assume ceri is a member of the family as she doesn't have the skills or attitude to be able to function around the general public with a civil attitude. Definitely in the wrong job with her lack of skills

We used Mr Homes for selling a house, the whole experience from start to finish has been excellent. Anthony Parris the company director took all the photographs and the virtual 3D tour which was brilliant. They kept us up to date with the bookings, viewings and feedback etc. All the staff I had contact with were very friendly and extremely helpful. My main point of contact was Imogen Caver who was very professional and exceptional in the way she conducted everything and was always on hand to answer my questions etc. I can highly recommend Mr Homes estate agents that offer a very professional personal service and at a very competitive fee.

I worked with Mr Homes, Penarth Road. On the whole they were excellent through a sale that became protracted and confusing. I would say that a single person to contact would be helpful as in the beginning I was confused as to who was the best person to talk to. Once I had worked out who did what, it became easier and they initiated contact frequently.
