Point blank refused to do a viewing on the property we where interested in as apparently he's already done too many! (Let's just hope this instruction was from the seller and not just a lazy estate agent!) Shame as untimely could have lost a sale! Or actually 2 sales as we where interested in 2 properties they where selling but honestly the total rudeness of staff would never deal with them

advised interested in property in January was advised they would contact me when viewing arranged chased yesterday got advised at 1020 only viewing today 11-12 then closing Friday. Second refurb property this has happened feel something dodgy going on.

Tried to view a house for over a week. Was told 1 viewing from Friday morning which I was at work asked for another time and that I was very interested. I email several times. Called several times wasn’t in office and never returned my call then only to be told today they aren’t doing anymore viewing as it’s under offer. Does the seller know I was blocked. I could have offered more money for the house. Found it very unprofessional. If they were my agent I’d want to know what they done. Got all emails in black and white as proof. He hasn’t even answered my last email asking if what he’s done even legal.

Used them to try & sell my house and had nothing but problems with them. Told 1 potential buyer the property didn't have a kitchen with was incorrect. In a year & a half I only had 3 viewers & because of the stress my health deteriorated, after 4 and a half years I'm still waiting on a reply to a letter I gave them to which I was promised a reply. Wouldn't recommend them.
