Really happy with the service provided by Nash and Co in selling our house. So reassuring to use a 'proper' estate agent with an excellent knowledge of the Bath property market and staff who take the time to provide a quality service - Duncan, Simon, Paul and Gina were all excellent in helping us. They took the time to discuss the current market with us and make sure we set an appropriate asking price, then quickly arranged and carried out viewings and literally within a week we had agreed a sale at £20k over our asking price. All aspects of the sale process were very competently handled and we had everything done and dusted from first listing to completion in just eight weeks. We were exceptionally happy with Nash and Co when they sold our house. It was in need of a bit of updating, so they advised an appropriate price which was the same as other agents we asked. Once they had got the details, they put it on the market through their website and the usual national sites. We very quickly had interest. They did all the negotiations and we had five offers. We agreed to sell for the asking price after just six days on the market. Thereafter, they steered the sale with solicitors and mortage advisors so that they needed very little input from us.
