Kit wasn't even our estate agent (we bought a house sold by Kit) but I wanted to leave a review because he and the team were so brilliant. It was far from an easy process but Kit went above and beyond to respond to our questions, keep us informed and find solutions to problems that arose. He and Alastair were always honest, reassuring, professional and trustworthy. Because of Kit's experience and commitment to the local area we felt he really cared about the sale and about us, it's the perfect example of why it's always better to shop local and independent! My only regret is that we didn't use Kit to sell our house, and if we ever sell this one I wouldn't consider anyone other than Kit Johnson Residential.... Read more
