What can I say, I should have read the reviews before venturing into the unknown world of estate agency, especially the Cobb Farr's of this world, the condescending and arrogant attitude amazed me, terrible customer service and lazy, working with one eye closed as they don't need to operate their brain fully to sell a house in Bath. We've just bought a house in Bath through Cobb Farr. I'm not the easiest of buyers because I was only really interested in one particular road. Vivienne, however, took this in her stride, showed us everything that came up, and after two rejections, produced 'the one.' She handled everything professionally and politely, and even supplied a list of architects for renovation. When and if we sell, we shall have no hesitation in going straight to Cobb Farr.
