What's with all the properties being added on the 20/09 on RM with most being sold on the same day?....something dodgy definitely occurring here...maybe trying to fix the algorithm or something but definitely seems odd. Certainly can tell you some of those properties weren't 'added today'...thought I'd add this review just to flag the unusual activity to potential sellers/buyers...

Sold my house and purchased another both with nest.
Debbie and Anita were so patient with me and my calls! As well as the rest of the team.
Sold my house smoothly for a decent price and purchased for a decent price.
Had no issues.
Happy with the photos taken of my house.
Happy with the viewings and feedback. Was always kept updated every step of the way. I would 100% recommend nest. They genuinely care!

Overall, not the best experience we’ve had with an estate agent. We felt the property was overvalued and when the market dropped we weren’t given any advice on dropping the price. We had to instigate any changes. Photos weren’t great and had to be retaken and the communication could have been better with the agent not getting back to us when they said they would on several occasions.

I am sorry to say that I can't recommend this agent. OK they sold the house, (which was probably not that hard, as the price was slashed when they became the agents and the offer they got us was even lower ). The photographs they took were good, to be fair.
However we had very little communication at all from them (nothing much in the way of feedback, no regular updates) until after the sale was agreed they decided the process was taking too long (anxious to get their commission I presume). This was due to unforeseen personal circumstances. After that we were pestered by frequent phone calls. They appeared to think they were working for the buyer not us. But probably just for themselves in all honesty. We had to get our solicitor to tell them contact would henceforth only be through them.
Never had an agent act like this before and I would never deal with them again.

If you want great service and friendly people to deal with go with Nest. Me and my mum bought our property through Nest but sadly had our property sale on with another estate agent which we regret. Thanks to Nest they helped us with our whole house moving process and dealing with our solicitor. Our move was so stress free because of the help we got from them. Our selling estate agent don’t even know we have moved as there service was so poor. On moving day Nest gave us a lovely moving house gift when we went to collect our keys. Fantastic company. Strongly recommend them. Thank You Nest we love our new house.

I have to confess, having moved house on more than 7 occasions in varying parts of the country, I have a stereotypically poor opinion of estate agents in general.
However, Nest are different. They were brilliant. The communication was spot on throughout the process and the advice and assistance was first class. So, well done and thank you to all at Nest. You are a credit to your profession.
