Terrible service what’d to see a house but was under offer got told on the phone that if offer falls through they will contact me for a viewing I noticed it still on market on right move week later I ring up got a viewing but they also gave some else a viewing before me they put offer before me that night witch I was not expecting you could do with the office closed as I rang up put in offer when they apparently opened at 9 lost the house because of bad communication from them will not be using then again

Lovely agent to deal with, holds your hand every step and are definately on your side. Sold my house inside a week 4 days infact. They also tell you the reality of what you will get for your house, cannot recommend enough (4 properties for sale inside 100yrd the two that were on with nest sold the other two are still for sale months later)

Sara and her team were brilliant, friendly and helpful right from the valuation. We got our house valued unsure as to if we were staying or moving until we knew the value. We told Sara this and she didn’t mind at all. Once on the market the team could not do enough to help. Offer received and then issues in the chain. Kerry was very patient with us and helped me stay sane. All the issues at the bottom of the chain (out of our hands!), we agreed everything that could go wrong, did ! Our completion date was put back 3 times; every step of the way the team were there to take my call, deal with my tears and give us the reassurance we needed. Nest really did earn their commission on our sale. Thank you seems so insignificant for all their help. I can strongly recommend this company.

I called NEST estate agents on Saturday to ask for a valuation of my property, I was sent an email with the details of my enquiry and that a member of staff would be in contact with me shortly, it’s now Wednesday and I’ve not heard a single thing from them and yet I’ve had 2 other estate agents visit my property today to value it.
They are obviously so busy that they can decide not to bother with potential work and a house sale.

What's with all the properties being added on the 20/09 on RM with most being sold on the same day?....something dodgy definitely occurring here...maybe trying to fix the algorithm or something but definitely seems odd. Certainly can tell you some of those properties weren't 'added today'...thought I'd add this review just to flag the unusual activity to potential sellers/buyers...

Overall, not the best experience we’ve had with an estate agent. We felt the property was overvalued and when the market dropped we weren’t given any advice on dropping the price. We had to instigate any changes. Photos weren’t great and had to be retaken and the communication could have been better with the agent not getting back to us when they said they would on several occasions.

I am sorry to say that I can't recommend this agent. OK they sold the house, (which was probably not that hard, as the price was slashed when they became the agents and the offer they got us was even lower ). The photographs they took were good, to be fair.
However we had very little communication at all from them (nothing much in the way of feedback, no regular updates) until after the sale was agreed they decided the process was taking too long (anxious to get their commission I presume). This was due to unforeseen personal circumstances. After that we were pestered by frequent phone calls. They appeared to think they were working for the buyer not us. But probably just for themselves in all honesty. We had to get our solicitor to tell them contact would henceforth only be through them.
Never had an agent act like this before and I would never deal with them again.

If you want great service and friendly people to deal with go with Nest. Me and my mum bought our property through Nest but sadly had our property sale on with another estate agent which we regret. Thanks to Nest they helped us with our whole house moving process and dealing with our solicitor. Our move was so stress free because of the help we got from them. Our selling estate agent don’t even know we have moved as there service was so poor. On moving day Nest gave us a lovely moving house gift when we went to collect our keys. Fantastic company. Strongly recommend them. Thank You Nest we love our new house.

This was my first property buying experience via an estate agent. My previous purchase was a new build so was pretty simple so I was new to it! Even though Nest represented the buyer, but they were working day and night for me ensuring that we could complete. There are many estate agents who will tug and pull at you, applying pressure but not with Nest. Somehow, after accepting an offer on my own house, I was put in a 7 house chain. Unknown to me. Nest worked hard checking the chain, getting updates and providing me with an accurate status of play. With the pandemic, things were made difficult in general. But buying from Nest felt like I was buying from family. They are family run business with family morals and values running through the blood and that was evident from the off. I am happy that the house was for sale via Nest. Thank you Anita and Trilby for your exceptional professionalism. You are a credit to Nest. If i was to ever market a house again, I would consider Nest!

Thank you to the team at Nest Blaby on the sale of our property. From start to finish the service provided was second to none. From the photos and brilliant write up of our home by Debbie, to the progression updates and information from Anita the service was faultless. Nest were always professional and friendly. We had a little 'hiccup' (neither Nest or our fault) in the chain further down, but the help and support we received was faultless. Yes, their fees are higher than those of on line agents, but I truly believe we wouldn't have felt so satisfied had we have gone with one of those based on the feedback I have heard and read.

Other than putting our property on Rightmove and then acting as a telephone exchange between us and various parties I don’t feel that they added any more value to the process of us moving home.
The staff in the office are all very friendly but it was left up to us to show people round our property, they provided no help whatsoever in our search for a new home and the solicitors they recommended were abysmal.
When things went disastrously wrong towards completion, (due to the incompetence of the solicitors they had put us on to), their solution to the crisis was to put it all on us to resolve the various issues and then to call us on a daily basis to see what we had managed to sort out. At one point they seemed to suggest that we move out of our home before we had anywhere else to go just so that our buyer who was also their client could move in before Xmas.
All in all it wasn’t a good experience and we wish we had gone with one of the online only estate agents. I dare say that we would have had the same amount of hassle, grief & stress but would have saved ourselves £2,000.

We felt the house was over valued which limited the initial interest. We had a number of viewings where by people were unable to proceed and we hadn’t been informed and so became frustrated.
We did not sell our house with Nest. They did introduce a buyer but the sale did not go through.
We decided to try a different agent and have a sale in progress with them.
Nest have a high number of properties for sale in the area, unsure whether that is a positive or negative?

Buying a home for the first time is supposed to be one of the most exciting things you'll ever do, I'm sure it could be but maybe not with nest.
From booking the viewing to memorandum of sale we were very happy, after that not so. We had to call for any updates or notification of what was going on in our chain, if we emailed we rarely got a response. Me and my partner are very understanding people and even as first time buyers understand that things do not always go smoothly. But we can't say we felt that nest Blaby valued us even through we were in a chain containing 2 properties that they were estate agents for. Anita was the main lady that we had on our case at nest, after a lot of stress my partner got in touch with Sara at one of the other branches. Sara was amazing very on the ball, helpful and understanding. Explained to us issues that has been hidden from us the entire time. Once Sara had been involved things went smoothly. When it came to the day of completion, I called to ask when keys have been handed in to get a call, this did not happen I had to call in again. When I went to pick up the keys a quick apology for the keys being handed over very late and nothing more. Friends and family who have purchased with nest in the past have got key rings, a bag from nest when buying their property. I did feel a little underwhelmed. All in all not our best house buying experience.
