With only 2 viewings over 4 weeks and one of them had a bigger family to us so was never going to buy (as we’re trying to move because of size) I wasn’t very impressed with the process. After the initial visit and being told that these houses sell quickly, we were optimistic but soon we realised that wasn’t true. Very disappointed.

They were very supportive throughout the process, even offering to drive to London at the last minute to get a document signed. Their communication was brilliant.
