With only 2 viewings over 4 weeks and one of them had a bigger family to us so was never going to buy (as we’re trying to move because of size) I wasn’t very impressed with the process. After the initial visit and being told that these houses sell quickly, we were optimistic but soon we realised that wasn’t true. Very disappointed.

David and his team are the best. We put our house on the market with Thorp's in December last year. We had 3 different estate agents look at our property with quite different valuations. David's valuation was alot higher than the other 2, but he made us feel comfortable that he could sell at this price. Considering that houses were not selling fast within 1 week we had sold our house and it was all down to Thorp's. We finally moved on 15th March this year and all the way through the process Thorp's kept us informed, were very professional and made moving home very easy.

We were renting with Thorps for a year before our landlord unfortunately decided to sell the property. Louise, Trina and Alisha were amazing throughout our tenancy, which we really appreciated after having a difficult time with our previous lettings agency. It’s a shame we couldn’t have stayed with Thorps for our next tenancy, but of course with the pandemic, we were very limited with options! Everyone we worked with has been so friendly, cooperative and caring from start to finish.
Though we didn’t directly work with the estate agent team, we had David visit us to valuate our landlord’s property. Out of David and the other estate agents that our landlord requested to visit (Nest and Hunters) David was by far the best and took his time to go through the house thoroughly, whereas the other estate agents didn’t bother to look in the garden or ask us any questions - hence why we encouraged our landlord to sell the house through Thorps!
I would speak very highly of Thorps :-) 10 out of 10!

When David first visited the property to value it, we took an instant like to his professional manner and complete lack of pushiness. He and his team kept us informed every step of the way and although we had to drop the price a little more than we would have wanted, this was in no way down to the actions of the estate agent. Would be happy to recommend Thorps to anyone who values good, no-nonsense service at a reasonable price.

Thorps estate agents provided a fantastic service to us when we were selling our home; always very quick and responsive to all our enquiries about progress and we sold our property within a month for the asking price! What more can you ask for?
We chose Thorps to market our home in Enderby, as they are a family owned business and didn't give us the 'hard sell'. All of the staff were very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable.
We were kept updated on all viewings and we were very happy with the service we received.
