I arranged a viewing for a flat advertised on Rightmove, only to find that the property looked nothing like the photos or floor plan in the listing. When I called to question this, I was told the wrong images had been uploaded “by mistake.” This is completely unacceptable and feels deliberately misleading. It wasted my time and gave the impression of highly unprofessional conduct. Listings should accurately represent the property — anything less borders on false advertising.... Read more

Very rude and unprofessional. Called the agent for instructions on how to enter a property when arriving for a viewing, got an annoyed response and was told it was explained in an email but it wasn't. The studio flat was full of mould.... Read more

Nothing but problems with patrick notaro ,we agreed a fee then halfway through he added an extra £880 to the cost saying he had made a mistake with the calculation , two weeks later he asked my husband out on a date ,we have been married 8 years totally bizarre.... Read more

Landlords, do not trust your property with this estate agent. Never did proper checks on tenants, tenants didn’t pay rent and Neway did nothing to help. In the end I spent a lot of money getting them out and a lot more than I ever received in rent in cleaning and refurbishing after!... Read more

From my experience even a star is too much. We missed to rent a property because they were unable to correctly calculate the income. The answer was that we two people with an income of over £ 42,000 could not afford to rent the property, so they chose other two people with an income of over £ 30,000.
