We chose Steve to sell my mum's house as a few months previously he had sold our own property and the whole process had been 'exceptional'. We couldn't have asked for better.
Again, with this sale, everything he did was fully professional and exemplary. He regularly went the extra mile as well as liaising with buyers, keeping in touch with both sets of solicitors and arranging independent surveyors to provide assurances to our buyers.
He kept us regularly informed of progress even though we were out of the country most of the time and brought the sale to a completion quicker than we had anticipated.
Having been in the Estate Agency myself, I can honestly say that Steve is the most knowledgeable, hardworking, approachable and honest agent I have ever come across. I would have no hesitation in using him again or recommending him to friends and family.
I can honestly say it was a pleasure dealing with him.

We decided to use Steve Bowles from Next Level Property as opposed to one of the larger and more established agents. We genuinely could not have been more thrilled with that decision
Steve explained that he had a depth of house selling experience in the local area and had recently branched out on his own. We guessed that would mean we would get a more personal and tailored service and that is exactly what we received.
Our sale was not straightforward but Steve’s local contacts meant he was able to arrange for an EPC to be completed, a damp proof survey to be completed and also a full electrical survey. He took ownership of all the issues that arose, remained unflustered and kept us ( and our buyers ) fully up to date with progress. One other major benefit of using Next Level Property is that he recommended a local conveyancing solicitor who from day one displayed the same fantastic work ethic as Steve himself.
We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Steve to anyone thinking of putting their house on the market.
