I really can't recommend Next Move highly enough. They sold our house after we had switched from another local N16 agent. Don't make the same mistake we did and get swayed by the all singing and dancing pitch from agents who have a great sales pitch! Next Move have experience and know every house and road and really understand what it is like to live in N16. They are honest and work very hard. If Richard is selling your house, you are in for a treat - his feedback is not only informative but amusing.

We dealt with Vincent who was extremely friendly and quick to respond to our needs. We got the house we wanted and all the steps after e.g. deposit payment, contract etc was dealt with quickly and clearly. This company are very transparent and clearly care about you as a tenant (sent us a leaflet about our rights and what to do in case of a problem) unlike some of the bad London agents we have dealt with in the past.

It was a pleasure dealing with Next Move and Hector/Vincent. They were responsive and helped us with any queries we had efficiently. The property was in fantastic condition when we moved in, and any issues we had (minor key & toilet seat issue) were dealt with quickly. I would highly recommend anyone to use Next Move and Hector!

My experience with Next Move has been overall very pleasant. From the first point of contact with them over the phone arranging a viewing to collecting the keys Hector has been so incredibly helpful and responsive. Hector is friendly, professional and went above and beyond to help us through the process of securing a flat I was desperate to land. I would like to say that our process was not that straight forward with experiencing issues with the 3rd party referencing agency which Next Move use, however this is a NOT critique of Hector or Next Move. We experienced technical issues with some forms from Rentshield and they did not update their notes over a course of days which made us feel anxious and stressed. Hector was kind and helpful that he chased up Rentshield and informed us of updates as and when they came. I would like to say that without Hector being involved I would have been consumed with anxiety with experiencing the difficulties with Rentshield and it was because Hector was so helpful it really made a difference in making my overall experience with Next Move very positive. As we meet people from all walks of life we are told to treat others how we wish to be treated, Hector really treated me so well and I just want management to know that Hector is such an asset to the company and I hope he receives much praise for his diligence.

I've been letting our property through Next Move for over 15 years. I highly recommend them. They are quick to respond and very good at solving any issue that may arise. Their contractors are reliable and reasonable. Abdul and Zully are great.

I recently used Next Move to find the perfect one bed flat in London. Hector was amazing. He was there to support me and relay information/negotiations between myself and the prospective landlords at all time no matter what hour. He was very kind and happy to help and dealt with every request of mine no matter how big or small and made everything work (particularly impressive given the difficulties COVID threw at us). I would recommend him to anyone and NextMove as a whole were really helpful in sorting everything. Definitely recommend. Thank you Hector and Vincent :)

We had a really good and positive experience with Next Move. Hector was our agent and he was awesome in terms of responding quickly to arranging the viewing all the way to managing the offer and doing the checks. The whole process took few days and was very smooth. I highly recommend Hector and Next Move if you're property hunting now. 5 stars from me

We used Next Move when a property we put a holding deposit down fell through. We saw one of their properties they were letting and were able to organise a 1st and 2nd viewing quickly. The process was fast and easy. They were particularly reassuring and we felt like we could trust them which we cant say the same for the other agencies we used. Hector in particular was very useful - would definitely recommend.
