I would highly recommend Next Move. They were as committed to my sale as I was and worked tirelessly to help make it happen, I can’t praise the sales team enough.
In addition to getting people through the door the ongoing communication was first class.

Whenever we had problems with the flat, they would respond quickly - usually they would respond the next day or in two days to address the problem - and would have the repairmen come as soon as possible. Though, earlier during our tenancy they had used an online portal to collect complaints for maintenance but then stopped using it without us being aware of it. I think this would be an area that can improved. Otherwise, Sean has been really lovely and friendly to my friends and I.

I would recommend Next Move to anyone letting a property. They are efficient and thorough and very knowledgable about the local property market.

Sean was the best support in guiding us to find the perfect rental property. He was really patient, flexible and consistently responsive and even showed us the flat at late notice on a Saturday and got our offer through to the landlord super fast so we could secure the place. Next Move as a company are very professional and I highly recommend them.

Terrific lettings company. I have been renting from them for 5+ years and feel very looked after. I deal most with Sean and Lawrence, both are very approachable and competent.

They have a habit of answering the phone, then hanging up - usually without speaking. It's not their answering service. Try it yourself!
