We give the benefit of being both online and having high street premises with staff that can help, not just call centres. Our fees are based on a no sale – no fee basis.

We have bought a property in 2022, which wasn’t the easiest of transactions but Belts staff were so helpful and supportive doing all that they could to resolve the issues and trying to find out what the issues were that when we decided to move again they were our first choice. Always contacting us when they said that they would and keeping us fully updated.
The staff are excellent polite, friendly and helpful at all times.
This time things were much smoother and easier. Having used Belts as a buyer and a seller I really can highly recommend them. Will have no hesitation in using the agency again, not that I think that I will need to hopefully.

As potential purchaser's my husband and I viewed quite a lot of properties advertised by Nicholas Belts, in a very short space of time, when we visited from Ireland. In advance of our visit they were very obliging in scheduling and sometimes rescheduling appointments so that we could view as many properties as possible. It was no surprise that we ultimately purchased a property marketed by them. They were the agents who really went the extra mile sending us details of any up and coming properties for several weeks before our visit.
