But fortunately, it doesn't always have to be that way. Especially when you are being guided by a skilled Estate Agent. My experience with finding and securing a home that met my wants, needs, and everything in between through this company has been excellent, and I cannot thank Abigail Clark (aka Abbie) enough for her time and assistance from start to finish. Abbie is a consummate professional and has been a pleasure to work with. I personally admire how passionate she is about developing her craft and skills to provide the best service possible, and I would recommend her to anyone seeking to find the perfect place to call home. 12th Jul 2024 (15 days ago)We recently purchased a new house, supposedly, through Cundalls, sadly I would hope we never have to use or rely on them in any way ever again. Initial online contact to obtain details produced no reply - we had to make a personnel call into their office to get this information with a poor internal reason given. As the new build progressed we had absolutely no contact what ever to keep us informed at any time. If it wasn't for our personnel contact with the builder we would still be awaiting this estate agent for any contact. We sincerely hope that they have not charged the developer for their totally inadequate service. (Unfortunately we have had to give one, undeserved, star in order to post this review)

They did all the viewings and as we didn't live in the area went out of their way to visit the property each week for us and even did the meter readings on the day of completion. Definitely would recommend them took all the pressure of us as a family. Thank you to James and your team

I will have to submit an application via an architect , cost £475, just to find out whether I need permission. What the hell are we paying these people for? USELESS

26th Sep 2023 (10 mo. ago)On valuation day as Jo was leaving she said "I will sell your house" and my goodness me 4 weeks later she did. We had been with another local agent and had not heard anything from them for weeks no contact and no viewings. Went on with Jo and the team and wow within a few days the phone was ringing with viewings. A couple of offers forwarded ( one had to sell) and bingo we were sold. After sales simply excellent kept updated throughout. Ayshea and Kirstie were brilliant cannot fault them one bit. Well done |Jo and the team well done Boutique Property Shop.

13th Feb 2024 (24 weeks ago)Very unprofessional. Simon advertised a company(bar/nightclub) for sale as "confidential" to which i called and book an appointment. Turns out the club they were advertising is NOT the nightclub they told me over the phone. I have spoken to the owners of the club which told me its not for sale......Once i mentioned this i have received no reply. Feels very much like a "bait and switch" which in UK is completely illegal, reported to ASA for false advertising.
