We've been clients of Nicolas Van Patrick for over seven years now, arriving in the U.K. looking for a rental home, and knowing next to nothing about London real estate. They showed us a lovely collection of available rentals, and were able to accommodate our needs and wants.
Once we moved in, they Impeccably managed our tenancy for the landlord, not only responding rapidly to requests for repairs, but also being available for any concerns. And now, at the end of our long and enjoyable stay, they have directed a smooth exit and transition, and steered us to colleagues in the industry to find our next rental.

Do not use property management service. Hannah Roberts from the company instructs various builders, cleaners to consistently trespass onto neighbouring properties, including ours, to clean and repair the building Nicolas Van Patrick is "managing." They have damaged our property and illegally trespassed on numerous occasions. They lack the common sense of even providing water to a cleaner, who then has to trespass onto other properties to find a water tap that actually works. Nicolas Van Patrick is completely unprofessional.

Embarrassing behavior from this agency. The agent had assured us that he would deliver all offers for an apartment to the landlord by a date; instead the agency accepted the first offer they received and canceled the visits with a few hours notice. Completely unprofessional, would not recommend.

that estate agents have one agenda and that is to get a sale.I had the intention to purchase a property in Knightsbridge and accidentally stumbled on Nicolas Van Patrick (Nic).I was staggered with their honesty
and advice and there style was to build good will and

All I can say about this agent is they are Absolute liar’s!!! don’t let these cowboys sale or rent your property, and if you do make show you read the small print with a powered lenses.
There’s better agents out there, that’s worth paying a fee to.
