Do not use property management service. Hannah Roberts from the company instructs various builders, cleaners to consistently trespass onto neighbouring properties, including ours, to clean and repair the building Nicolas Van Patrick is "managing." They have damaged our property and illegally trespassed on numerous occasions. They lack the common sense of even providing water to a cleaner, who then has to trespass onto other properties to find a water tap that actually works. Nicolas Van Patrick is completely unprofessional.

We worked remotely from Canada with Nic and Patrick, Gemma, Alice, and Louisa to sell our Knightsbridge based property and we would certainly recommend NVP for their excellent market knowledge and service. All of them were very helpful, responsive, and great at communicating, despite our difference in time zones. Their international connections are a plus, they are client-focussed, and always determined to move the deal forward.

They are very knowledgeable of their patch and seem to have a good feel for the market dynamics. Embarrassing behavior from this agency. The agent had assured us that he would deliver all offers for an apartment to the landlord by a date; instead the agency accepted the first offer they received and canceled the visits with a few hours notice. Completely unprofessional, would not recommend.

I've had a difficult time finding a flat, but the team at Nicolas Van Patrick was able to fix that so quickly and efficiently. Alice was an amazing support and very responsive. She was able to easily help me secure my flat. All Team members are very warm and welcoming. Definitely recommend for your next home!!
