We used Classic Lofts for our loft (and to reconfigure a bedroom and shower room into study and bathroom) in 2019. Whilst they weren't perfect (show me a builder which is!), the project only overran slightly, was done to a good standard and snagging was dealt with by Bernard snr very effectively and they put something right when asked. We have since used another company and have had a terrible experience, so thought I would leave a review having realised Classic were pretty good all in all.... Read more

We used Classic Lofts to undertake my loft conversion which was finished in October 2020. They did a fantastic job, despite the difficulties due to Covid. The quality of the work was excellent and they worked with me to achieve the look and finish I wanted. They didn't overcharge for any work and the contractors/ tradespeople they used were respectful, friendly and did a great job. Our project guy was Shane and he was very helpful and worked hard to keep me happy! The service I received was first class, from design to build and they kept in contact and updated me on progress. Classic lofts built a loft extension for us over the spring/summer 2020. We are extremely pleased with the results - the quality is excellent and exactly as specified. Classic managed to deliver the loft despite the first lockdown period, only stopping work for a short agreed period when suppliers closed and to follow UK government rules. They were extremely professional - from the initial meeting and drawings from the architect to responsive project management (from Shane who was excellent) throughout and excellent and professional teams who built the different parts of the exterior and interior. I never write online reviews - whether good or bad. However, in the case of Classic Lofts London, I will make an execption. In a nutshell, they are probably the best building company I have ever dealt with. And I have used many over the years. My loft extension was very well designed and put together, and my wife and I are extremely happy with the result. They also came up with fresh ideas and made suggestions along the way, rather than just getting it done as quickly as possible. They then returned once it was completed to do further checks and tweaks to make sure it is finished to a high standard. It goes without saying their team is vast with a lot of expert tradesmen, but I would like to give special shout outs to Shane and Martin. Both of whom went the extra mile. I would highly recommend Classic without hesitation. Now, if only I would have got them to do my kitchen extension. But that's another story ..... Read more

We had a loft extension with Classic Lofts and are extremely happy with the results. We were a little wary about starting building work, as we'd had a bad experience previously, but the whole job went like a dream. The team were polite, friendly and went the extra mile to accommodate our needs with any problems fixed immediately. Shane, our project manager was brilliant from start to finish. They were a little more expensive than other quotes we'd had, but they handled everything themselves with no extra organization on us and it was worth it for both the stress free experience and finished results. The project was handled in a professional manner from start to finish and the works are of a very high standard for each trade involved. The tradesmen themselves were polite and reliable.
