Had a wonderful experience with Acorn particularly with the letting agent Blake who helped me, and my family find the perfect home two years ago and this year now that we are in search for a new home he has been very helpful and attentive to all our needs facilitating the process as much as possible for us. A very hard worker, easy to deal with, and very patient among foreign language speakers , I would very much recommend this agency and especially the letting agent Blake Kingston.

Was very pleased with the attention and support we received from Acorn at East Dulwich. Their valuation was fair and pretty accurate; there was no "over-selling" and our property was presented well; as completion day drew nearer, we had tremendous support from Kat - always responsive, returned phone calls, and helped us hold our nerve! Would recommend highly! BTW, this is our third sale with Acorn.

Dealt mostly with Kat, but also with Martin. Found them both to be very easy to deal with. Kat met us at the flat a few times, was very accomodating and helpful and not at all pushy like some of the other agents I met while searching. Both she and Martin were also easy to contact also.

I have to say we were with another mortgage advisor who was not doing the job properly and kept on leaving us for weeks at a time, us not knowing where we stood. I got recommended to Suzanne at Unique and as soon as i rang she had me come to her office writhin the hr she gave me some great advice for free. Our house was a repossession so it was time sensitive. We gave it a week and our other mortgage advisor had literally done nothing towards our case so we moved to Suzanne. All I can say is she gets the job done!! She advised us so well and really guided us through this journey as we are first time buyers. she is so lovely aswel and would always get back to us no matter what time or what day it was, if we had a question she was there to answer it. she fought for us to get our house with us as farrel and heyworth were pretty much useless in our case and kept on holding our process up. I would never use anyone other than Unique. Thank you so much Suzanne and team!!! xxx
