I worked with James who had a great attitude and was efficient and friendly. As a result I found a great flat to rent and Acorn were organised and made sure I got what I wanted. Now I've moved in, I know I can rely on Martin from the property management team who has also been very helpful. We had a viewing for a commercial property, Mr Steven Flannighan based in East Dulwhich was the proposed agent in charge.

Prior the viewing, he asked for what we intend to do with the premises, had no problem about it. On the day of the Viewing, everything was fine, we answered his questions, he answered ours.

Later on that day he basically said for us to forget about it due to “Characteristics” This can be seen in many ways but i don’t intend anything. Very unprofessional and rude.

James, Jade and all the team let my properties quickly and to all very nice tenants, the property management team dealing with referencing and all the legal paperwork were extremely efficient and always very helpful, a personal service and we unreservedly recommend Acorn Dulwich.

James was very professional from the moment we met him, we were given full PPE for viewing all the properties. We were given honest advice and insights into the area and properties we viewed. Highly recommend!

I strongly advise against using Acorn to manage your rented property. We had a disastrous year with them and found it impossible to get any communication from them. The tenants were extremely cross because they couldn't get hold of Acorn and the problems weren't getting fixed. They took months to refund mistakes on the account. Their plumbers were very untrustworthy (a second opinion confirmed a tap needed a new washer and not a full tap replacement). We have now transferred to Winkworth who already seem considerably more professional and reliable.

I couldn't have asked for a better sales agent in Jack Wilsher. I was very cautious after some disappointing experiences in the past, so there was a lot riding on this. Jack handled the viewings in a very professional manner, is a credit to Acorn and has restored my faith in estate agents. Both Jack and Branch Manager Yousef have really proven the worth of the Crystal Palace branch office and I look forward to a fruitful relationship into the future with this great team of people.
