Awful experience. Arranged a viewing for a flat to purchase, left work earlier and once I got there, the agent did not have the keys to the flat and kept knocking on the door for 10 mins, hoping for someone to open the door. Eventually a neighbour came out informing us, the tenant was at work. I had to leave without viewing the property. Very disorganised - I would never use them again. Never received a call nor an email with an apology. No respect for customers' time.

The current rental market at the moment is not for the faint of heart! I had seen what felt like 1000 properties, this was the first that I put an offer in and finally draws an end to the most stressful searching period!
A special thank you to James Clachar who rearranged the viewing with me multiple times due to my busy schedule and waited in the rain! Then even when we were running late, he still greeted us with a huge smile and warm personality which immediately put us all at ease. He also answered my insane amount of questions about the property so quickly that the property held my interest (I often forgot properties if the agent was slow with replies). When I asked about pets, he rang back within 5 minutes with the answer (most people have left me hanging). He really knew everything about the property and the surrounding area - his advice on the local schools was extremely helpful.
High praise indeed but truly - in a time that has been extremely stressful, I felt it was important to recognise such great work!

Theyre customer service has been off the roof, especially James Clachar.
James Clachar is a wonderul person and he a master of his field.
He has profiled us properly, discussed what we need and wants,
and has provided is all the best possible options for our new home.
He keeps us informed and he is very transparent.
Acorn is luck to have him in their team.

As a property professional with over 20 years experience, I have been struggling recently when trying to purchase a new flat in London due to a lack of professionalism in a challenging residential market. Not so with Acorn and specifically, Christian Fellows, who has demonstrated great knowledge of the market in general and the property he is marketing on behalf of his client. Life would be so much easier if more estate agents acted with this level of friendly professionalism.

I have nothing but the utmost praise for Acorn: particularly for Liam and James, they were wonderful to work with and very helpful through-out the entire renting process. This was my first time renting as a single occupant, and they walked me through all the steps and promptly responded to any and all inquiries. Couldn't recommend more!
