I have been renting with Daisy Lets for almost two years. There have been four occasions where workmen have entered our home without prior notice. This includes a vulnerable making situation for me, a young woman, when I found a middle aged male stranger standing outside my bedroom at 9am. Hardly any care or reassurance from Cheyenne after complaining about this happening and was told we weren't allowed to change the locks. They took no responsibility and was just shrugged off as the landlords fault. And holy hell, as of March 2018, to do a tenancy swap they charge £300. Yup. An increase of £240 from the £60 fee they charged 6 months previously. There is no justification for this appart from greed and immorality. My mother works at a letting agent that charge no fees as the cost of that kind of admin is no more than £10 - it's quick and super easy to do. It's an absolute joke. Take ages to fix things. Some issues were reported over 7 months ago and are still not sorted! Others are into the 2 month bracket. They can also be pretty dismissive on email which is pretty painful bearing in mind (as renters) they have control of our livelihoods. I am currently sitting in a freezing cold house because they refused to fix the broken boiler during the week. And I'm now gearing up for a whole weekend without hot water/heating/showers. I'm also looking out of a broken ground floor bedroom window (which they still haven't managed to fix) at the snow that has fallen over the last few days. They seemed quite sweet at first - especially the main lady with the funky hair - but don't be fooled by the bright colours... the experience has been pretty dark since then.... Read more

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Our experience was worse than catastrophic, instead of helping us they actually created a host of extra problems, it was incredibly stressful. There are plenty of other estate agents in the area, save yourself a lot of pain and go elsewhere.... Read more

Really poor experience - I an renting a flat through Daisylets & the paperwork they provided was a total mess, incorrect and completely clueless as to their own role in the process - when I tried to keep the paperwork moving I was ignored despite my constant phone calls and emails for weeks - eventually I had to complain to the manager who told me he was very sorry for the poor responses and that he would get to the bottom of the matter .... before promptly forgetting all about my phone call and never calling me back or even acknowledging our previous interactions. Made moving house a far more stressful experience for me and my girlfriend than it neeeded to be, and when we did eventually get into the property it was a complete mess and horribly damp, not up to the standard we had viewed it in or even livable. It made our first week a nightmare having to sleep on the living room floor (the least damp room) and we're still trying to get compensation about this. Lastly, we have been in the property for a few weeks now and Daisy lets haven't even taken down their gaudy signage right outside our window yet - a constant annoyance to ensure we can't just out the whole ordeal behind us and begin to try enjoying our new home. Really unprofessional and poor. Total waste of your time and money to try and work with. Never again.... Read more
