This is the worst housing agency I have ever seen. They don't like to reply your emails. You can get the their replies only If you are lucky. When you asked them to send someone to do maintenance, they forgot the appointment. Those people, who are giving 5stars, are possibly their friends. They didn't mention what they have done well. Edited: uploaded two screenshots to show they don't pick up calls. I will screenshot how they don't reply email too. Wait for it.... Read more

Literally can't fault the guys over at Oaklands Estates. I stayed in a property in Shepherds Bush managed by them and received extremely profesionnal, courteous service for the duration of my stay. They even went so far as to arrange for someone to be at the property to take a delivery when I was busy with work, and have dealt with any minor issues that come up swiftly and professionally. Will definitely use these guys again if I'm ever renting in West London. ... Read more
