Had a great experience with M&B, they worked fast to get us on the market asap and although you do have to pay for photos/video more than other local brokers, they are good. We only had one negative experience whereby we were away and informed them prior, to contact our house sitter regarding a viewing, this viewing was cancelled and she was not updated amd waited in for number of hours. This however was highlighted and apologies received. One thing I feel they can improve on is having a weekly catch up with clients, I was informed they do this bi-weekly and when you are a client you like to feel you are in the know of your situation and on the same page as the agency on a more frequent basis regardless of any changes. Otherwise, staff have been lovely, could always contact someone when needed. So thank you.... Read more
