Shockingly Unprofessional & Uninhabitable Property Handover - AVOID
?This is, without a doubt, the most unprofessional letting agency we have encountered in our long history of renting.
?Despite three weeks of continuous communication with both Nav and Amar, explicitly confirming that the property required an end-of-tenancy clean before our move-in date, the agency failed entirely. It is the letting agency's fundamental responsibility to inspect the property and ensure it is in a reasonable hygienic and habitable condition before key handover, a duty they completely neglected.
?Refusal of Inspection and Condition:
Nav refused to meet us at the property for the move-in inspection and inventory check, which is highly unprofessional. Upon being forced to collect keys from the office, the reasons for this refusal became clear: the property was uninhabitable. We discovered:
-?Significant damp and mould patches on the wall, previously hidden by furniture.
-?Rotting food left in the dishwasher.
-?Filthy appliances, including the oven, fridge, and freezer, along with uncleaned cabinets and surfaces.
?Failed Resolution & Stress:
We were repeatedly given false information regarding a contractor who was supposedly coming to carry out work prior to moving in. This added immensely to the stress and delay of our move. After chasing the agency for weeks and receiving no satisfactory response, we had no choice but to arrange and pay for our own end-of-tenancy cleaners on Day 3 of our tenancy.
?We will be making a formal complaint and escalating this through official channels if we are not reimbursed for the cleaning costs we incurred due to the agency’s negligence.
?Avoid using this agency at all costs. Their staff are highly unprofessional, and their communication is appalling, with numerous emails being sent and receiving no satisfactory written reply.

The process was from start to finish was outstanding. The initial consultation and guiding me through the process of getting the property on the market and they used very good marketing techniques to get the footfall in the property and it sold in very quick time. Although the journey has been long and full of ups and downs, I cannot recommend OC Homes enough. They've been incredibly supportive throughout the entire process, helping us stay on track and smoothing out all the challenges along the way.
A special thanks to Pritesh, Keya, Elena, Nav, and Tony for their dedication and guidance, and also to our mortgage advisor Nisha at Niche Mortgage Solutions, who was truly invaluable. You’ve all been such a great help to us, and we’re genuinely grateful.
One word of advice for those buying or selling: I wouldn’t recommend using Stanford Legal, particularly Emma Gee, as conveyancing solicitors based on our experience.
Overall, OC Homes went above and beyond, and we’re so glad we chose them.

Before choosing OC Homes, we’d had an incredibly frustrating experience with a high street estate agent, so I was a bit skeptical going in. But Nav, Elena, and Keya have been nothing short of excellent throughout the whole process.
Nav handled the viewings brilliantly - he worked around our schedule (something many agents say they do, but rarely follow through on) and within a few weeks, we had multiple serious offers on the table. I’m certain that’s down to how well he presented the property.
Once we accepted an offer, Elena and Keya took over and were just as impressive. They kept me updated at every stage and coordinated everything with solicitors across the chain to keep things moving. Honestly, without them, there’s no way we’d have exchanged as quickly as we did.
I genuinely couldn’t recommend OC Homes more. If you’re after a stress-free, professional service that actually delivers, they’re the ones to go with.

I had the tremendous pleasure of dealing with Amar and a chap named Nav with respect to a recent let. Amar is the senior executive of the business and it is easy to understand why, he is a consummate professional that possesses an encyclopaedic knowledge of the property market in Essex. His impressive understanding of the rental regulatory framework is a fantastic value add.
Nav was my day to day contact, and I must say, he is the epitome of a motivated and determined young whippersnapper with a can-do attitude. He managed quite remarkably to schedule a series of viewings with high calibre prospective tenants almost immediately after receiving the instruction.

What can I say. I am very happy that I chose OC Homes to sell my home. I met Tony when I was on the hunt for a house, and I was going though the motion of signing with one of the well known Estate agents in my area, but Tony wanted the opportunity to pitch OC homes. I said yes, and was so happy I did. I loved the way he presented himself and how he explained OC homes approach. His presentation made perfect sense, and both myself and my wife were impressed. Just talking to Tony i felt I would click with OC homes.
Within a short while the viewings were coming in and it didn't take too long to get that first offer. I Remember Priyesh came and closed the deal. I was very happy, we were full storm ahead on progressing, and towards the end unfortunately the buyer had some health issues.
It was at this stage that OC homes showed their strengths, they acted fast and had the house back on market with reviews flying in, they were supportive with me and reassuring that we would get right back on track. I was nervous and worried but the team at OC always made me feel positive assured.
Nav went back and forth from my house helping with viewings, always reassuring me and remaining positive.
Eventually the perfect buyers came along and just in time. They found an amazing family who were willing to move in as a fast as I needed to move out. The team did an amazing job getting the sale over the line within the period of time needed.
I am thankful to Priyesh for always being an ear to listen to any of my frustrations, I am thankful for Tony for his amazing presentation and introducing me to OC homes being another ear I could talk to throughout the process. I am also thankful to Nav for the viewings he carried out and for negotiating on my behalf when getting the second sale over the line.
Thank you to all of the OC home team. As I was speaking to Amar he mentioned the reasons why he and the team are so passionate about what they do, he mentioned how they are not only agents who sell houses, they are therapists, who understand the stresses that sellers and buyers go through when selling or buying one the biggest assets they may ever hold. These guys are the real deal and they care, and it really shows.

Very knowledgeable about his market & gives a realistic idea about what you can expect in the market.

We had such a short timeframe to secure a home and Jughurta and his colleagues have been nothing short of brilliant the whole way. From day one I felt well informed about the sale of my flat and any questions were answered in full and quickly. The 3D tour was organised quickly and Tony also requested my assistance in what I liked about the property. Most agents can type in "within this distance, beautifully presented etc" but to have what the owner likes about their property as input, and then reflected on the listing, makes you know that OCH want to assist in the sale of your property rather than a property. Tony and Amar would always take an active interest in what my next property was going to be and would offer their honest opinions when i presented various properties I was interested in. To have an agent look at a listing you like and tell you the negative and positives in their professional opinion shows that they care about your general situation and not just making the sale. When potential buyers came to view the property they were always early and one particular occasion Amar was on his way to my property he called me to inform me to advise that the viewer had just cancelled but he was still going to come round and talk so we can discuss anything about the sale. This was really appreciated. I have recommended OCH to a friend of whom has been struggling to sell his place for over a year and I have zero doubts that Tony and Amar will be sort it. Outstanding!!! After having our house on the market with a local agent for over 18 months and not receiving one offer we instructed One Click Homes. There was no comparison with service, and we soon had offers and a buyer. The whole process from start to finish was exceptional. A huge thanks to Tony who took the stress and pressure away from us. Absolute PERFECTION! From the very beginning until the very end, the whole process was completely seamless.
Tony, our Agent guided us through each step of the way, ensuring the house sale was fair for us as the 'Buyer', and also for the 'Seller'. Everything was handled in such a calm way, even when there were hurdles to cross!
Tony backed us as the Buyer 100% at all times - we felt so reassured and confident in him, and his advice. Tony was not only super transparent, honest, and fair with both parties, but also very responsive in evenings / on weekends, and was always on call to answer any questions, or to smooth things over.
We cannot thank Tony, and One Click Homes enough, they made buying a house SO stress-free, and a genuinely enjoyable experience. Small touches throughout the process made all the difference, and we really enjoyed building a partnership with Tony - he is our man!!!
We have Tony to thank for securing us our dream house, and pushing the deal through. We have found an Agent, and a Real Estate agency for life, and will not go anywhere else!

Really prompt response to enquiry with all needed information provided. Overall our flat hunting experience was a bit of a headache. Long story short, 2 of the flats that we had secured with deposit fell through due to the owners taking them off the market after we put in security deposits. On top of that, we decided to go back to U.S after securing the first flat until it was supposed to be available. Needless to say we were beyond stressed trying to secure our new home while we had no way of being there in person. Luckily we had such an amazing agent as Tony. He was beyond diligent and professional in helping us find our perfect new home. He absolutely went above and beyond to view and take video walkthroughs of multiple flats since we could not. He was so accommodating to our time difference and was always on top of answering all of our questions and making sure we were as happy and confident in our final decision.

Onestopshop for me, a landlords dream. The experience of the team is in a different league. When a issue arises i get a call with a solution and it's works out cheaper then arranging it myself. Pictures added of the faults so you are kept in the loop.

I recently changed to One Click Homes after the end of a tenancy contract that had been handled by a different agent. For that first tenancy in my property, it took almost a month to find suitable tenants - with One Click, there were more than five viewings booked within several days of advertising, and a tenancy contract agreed by all parties before the first week was up! I had instant email notifications of viewings that were booked. I have to stress that it was very important to me that I was satisfied with the tenants, and I felt no pressure from Tony at One Click to accept the tenants just because they had the money and wanted to rent my property. Tony understood and never trivialised any of my many concerns. Service was super speedy and efficient - all required certificates and checks on the property were completed, documents sent to all relevant parties, the contract was signed and the tenants moved in - all of this in less than two weeks from start to finish.
Another thing I really valued was that Tony gave me information on the service they employ for landlord insurance but did not, at any point, try to encourage me to use this provider. He allowed me, without any reservations, to explore my own options and make a decision.
It is very reassuring to have an agent who can be trusted! Deciding on the right agent is a worrisome time and to be able to find one who is on your side and not just concerned about making quick money is not something to be taken for granted. I would recommend One Click Homes to anyone who wants things done reliably, efficiently, and with an agent who treats you like a human and not just another customer.
