I had the tremendous pleasure of dealing with Amar and a chap named Nav with respect to a recent let. Amar is the senior executive of the business and it is easy to understand why, he is a consummate professional that possesses an encyclopaedic knowledge of the property market in Essex. His impressive understanding of the rental regulatory framework is a fantastic value add. Nav was my day to day contact, and I must say, he is the epitome of a motivated and determined young whippersnapper with a can-do attitude. He managed quite remarkably to schedule a series of viewings with high calibre prospective tenants almost immediately after receiving the instruction. We were inundated with offers and I am in no doubt that this was in part, down to his refreshingly open and transparent approach to business.
