I found other agents prices more expencive.

This is a bit delayed writing this but I can’t recommend this place enough. David couldn’t have tried harder for us. He gives a very Personal service and is very prompt at getting things done In quite a relaxed manner. Quite often I couldn’t keep up with him. He often helped out of hours when needed.

Really bad experience, I attempted to use this agency to rent my property, I had a viewer turn up even though viewing was not confirmed or even a time slot given, just that someone wanted to view it on a Sunday . They have now listed the property as let agreed even thought they have not rented it and said that is the only way they cant remove the listing from Rightmove portal, apparently because the system they use to post in rightmove is different to other agents, this is simply not correct and I'll have to email rightmove to get this removed when they could easily take the listing down themselves but an assuming they want to promote that they have successful lets.

I would not give it 1 star, but this review doesn't let me lower it.
The worst experience ever!
the managing Director Mis-sold and breached his own contract and gave me a property in disrepair wouldn't return my money over £7K+ that I had to pay for a holiday let property.
He retrospectively changed the details in the advert after I challenged him and to return my money which he kept on stone walling me.
There lots more he has done that I can't put on here.
I hope people don't have to go through what he put me through!

I was overseas how could I have seen the property, I only saw the property physically the day you told me to sign and secure it and said cleaning was in progress SO STOP lying. Please respond to my legal emails if that is what you claim. BUT haven't responded because you now you are a lier.
Also how could I stay in a disrepair property and you have also changed the locks when I left the property due to all the issues.
I am waiting for my solicitors to draft the final letter to you. See you in court.

Really rude guy acts like a gangster over the phone. Poor customer service and screams like a little child. Cancelled numerous viewing appointments saying he is in a pub getting hammered.. Not sure if this is a serious company or a front? Beware of this dodgy company!!

Called this company about a vacant property that was advertised. A male answers who was a rude imbecile and this incompetent virus wanted to fight over the phone. I asked him if the property can be under my partners name who is not Woking he said no. I then said I am earning the required amount if I was to live there which I was not planning to as I have another property then does that work he replied with thats FRAUD and we do not want tenants like you!! This rude judgemental imbecile has really worked me up for no reason!! I will leave this review everywhere so others can understand what kind of company they are dealing with. VERY ABUSIVE VERY RUDE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NEEDS KARMA HIT HIS FOUL MOUTH!!!

Based on your previous answers, it seems that you do not remember anything of what they criticize you because I do it recently (the same day as 1 week before moving in you tell me that I can no longer do it).
The worst agency and the worst person I have ever met (David), very rare that he answers calls, messages, emails, and when he does he does not show education. After 3 long weeks managing the rental of a flat (Benjamin Close), step by step, making sure that the flat is for me, having paid the Holding Deposit ... 1 week before the moving by TEXT MESSAGE (without even a "sorry") makes me know that I can no longer move into the property because the owner will use it for his personal use but I check the rental Apps and the property is still available only 100 pounds more than what he offered it to me. Swindler, irresponsible, a man without word and commitment.

What can I say... From start to finish David helped us every step of the way. This is mine and my partners first renting experience so was extremely apprehensive about the whole process. I’m a very skeptical person but David reassured us both from the start that any problem big or small he was on hand to help and Well... he was!
He’s a top man! I’ve had dealings with other estate agents throughout this entire process and they all seem too busy or not interested, many didn’t even take the time to get back to us on our property enquiries! Apple and David on the other hand couldn’t have been more helpful. I can’t thank them enough!
If I had to recommend an estate agent to anyone in Hornchurch, Elm Park and Romford area. These are your go to guys they will take care of you every step of the way.
Don’t waste your time with Bairstow, Haart, Beresfords and the rest. Go with the best.

This company managed my portfolio quite a while ago. I saw a post on Facebook with some applauling reviews and it's only fair that future landlords know what this company is really like before they hand over responsibility. This company cannot be trusted, they will feed you lies and what you want to hear. In our case, the referencing of tenants was not done properly which caused us further issues and stress. David seems to have issue with women as he was constantly rude to my wife and had the audacity to tell her that "she didn't know what she was talking about". I've also been in the branch before and witnessed him talk down to other women. Their management fees are quite competitive but don't be fooled.

Surprised I had such a bad experience due to the amount of good reviews on here.. maybe I was just unlucky. Had a viewing this bank holiday Sunday booked but never received confirmation. The opening hours say that it's open Sunday from 10 but called the office and David multiple times but no one picked up. Eventually got a text after I text David asking if it was confirmed and was told it was Monday not Sunday, asked to clarify as email said Sunday and got a one word reply saying today. Ten minutes before I was due to leave got a text (again no call) saying tenants cancelled. I asked when we'd be able to rearrange as it was quite inconvenient and didn't want to wait around all day and just received a rude text saying it wasn't his fault. I appreciate it may have been beyond his control but had 0 apology and seemed like we were just being a complete nuisance. Wouldn't use again.

Cannot recommend Apple highly enough, David and his team have been nothing short of helpful, professional and knowledgeable from first contact to follow up. They respond promptly whatever method of contact I have used and have found what I consider to be an Excellent tenant for my property. They keep costs low but offer an above average service, I just wish I had found them years ago, do yourself a favour and speak to them after speaking to the high street agents and you will see what a truly great service you could have for half their price.

Having previously used 2 of the well known agents locally, I was approached by Apple Property Services to market my property. My only regret is not finding them sooner. They took brilliant photos of my property and marketed it immediately. David has been available at all times and always looked out for my best interests. He found me not one, but two tenants within a week- a task the other agents had been unable to achieve. Their fees are half of those of other agents but they are worth their weight in gold. I would not hesitate to recommend this agency.

As a first time landlord it’s quite daunting to find out who to trust and who offers the best service.
After a lot of meetings with other estate agents I found Apple Property Services (in particular David) to have the most knowledge on my property and know all the ins and outs.
From then on it was a very smooth process and I managed to get my property let within a couple of weeks
David was very transparent from the beginning and has helped me throughout.

I was a bit sceptical at first going with a small estate agent vs. the usual high street names, but very glad I did in the end. Not only did I save a lot of money esp. with the special offer Apple Property had on at the time , I received a fantastic dedicated service.
David gave me all the details I needed as soon as I got in contact with him, and communication was efficient from start to finish thanks to his prompt responses via text messaging.
He understood exactly what kind of tenants I was looking for, managed to bring in a variety of potential tenants who came to view my property (almost as soon as I signed up) and he weighed up all the options for me.
I appreciated the fact he understood my concerns and preferences, not trying to push me towards one or another choice, plus gave me his honest/professional opinion of which one he would go for.
David was also very flexible with arrangements, was happy to accommodate all my specific requests (eg updating contract clauses, money arrangement etc.) and remained contactable outside of business hours.
Very happy with the experience, highly recommended to all landlords for a tailored value for money service.

After Meeting him during my first viewing i got rid of all the fears which People warned me about the bad agents who just try to get the fees and disappear. estate/letting agents has such a bad reputation, extortion charge, shabby services which I am experiencing now, couldn't wait to shake them off, until I stumble on Apple property service, still has reservation, but David always reply promptly, not afraid to answer any question throw at him.
