It was indeed a pleasure buying a property through Oliver Burn E.A. Tim Hudson with whom I dealt, was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful.

I have just completed a purchase using Oliver Burn, and they have been brilliant. It ended up being quite a long an challenging process due to some issues with the leasehold documents, but Diana at Oliver Burn worked tirelessly to get it over line. Diana went well above and beyond in pulling together a very difficult freeholder and two sets of quite difficult solicitors. There's no way this purchase would have completed without their proactive approach.

I came back to Tim, and he managed to secure a buyer for me. Although the process was incredibly long and arduous, we did manage to get it over line in the end. As a first time buyer, I was quite daunted by the challenge ahead. Tim was everything I could have hoped for in an estate agent, friendly, professional, patient, quick to respond and experienced.
On my first viewing I was able to really take my time and get a great feel for the place. Tim was well informed about the properties features and was honest about it’s pros and cons.
As I naturally hesitated in such a huge decision, I felt a second viewing was needed. Tim was quick to accommodate this and it was essential in making the right decision.
As negotiations began, Tim was excellent in explaining the purchase process and things I needed to do. He was efficient in contacting the seller and available whenever I needed him.
When the day finally arrived to pick up the keys, I met Tim and the team again at their Herne Hill office and they were lovely. I got a genuine sense they were really pleased for me.
I am so happy with the decision I made, and I never would have got here if it wasn’t for Tim and Oliver Burn.

Having struggled to sell my flat using Purple Bricks (not something I would recommend anyone doing), I came to Oliver Burn and had a good feeling from the start. Tim, Mark and Theresa are endlessly professional, passionate and knowledgable, and made the process quite painless. My experience felt very personal, which is so important when you're engaged in what is ultimately quite an emotional transaction (at least it was for me, selling my home of ten years). It's really a terrible service... A lady named Diana made us wait 2 times. The first time we went, she kept us waiting for 30 minutes, and then she talked to us in a rude way. The second time we went, she didn't show up after 45 minutes and She made up an excuse. It's really bad service. I certainly never went there again.

Oliver Burns was not a nice agency to work with. They were unaccomodating as they do not do evening viewings. The person who was showing us around the property was 10 minutes late. The woman who runs the phones in the office was rude. A complete disregard for customer service.

Having used other agents in Herne Hill , over many years, I would highly recommend you make Oliver Burn your first stop whether selling or renting your property. The team know the area very well and are up to date with current marketing conditions. Diana heads a very capable team ( Tim was our main link) . Always responsive and prompt with communication- Valerie the receptionist is a star. They provide a bespoke personal service and I have complete trust in their advice. They have a high ethical code and give honest realistic advice. I cannot praise them enough.
