Two people, no call centre. Davi or Ruby values your home and sees the sale through to completion. Our fee is 0.75% with a £1,500 minimum, no VAT, paid only on completion. It includes professional photos, a floor plan, a 360° tour, Rightmove and Zoopla, hosted viewings and full sales progression. Sole agency, 8 week minimum, then 4 weeks' notice. Mortgage advice in house from our sister company Option Finance.
