My partner and I had been trying to move back to the UK from Spain and found it difficult to find anywhere to rent by ourselves. On visiting UK we tried a few estate agents and were successful with Entwistle Green Lytham St Annes. Our experience using this branch was excellent particularly with Daniel Barclay who is professional and very thorough. He found a flat to rent in the area we preferred and within the price range we gave. Danny is approachable and always willing to help. He guided us through the rental process and with the many forms remaining cheery throughout and answering our queries honestly. He kept us updated at every stage and everything went smoothly. He even arranged for the tenancy agreement to be signed by all parties on line which helped alleviate stress as we'd returned to Spain at the time. We highly recommend Entwistle Green Lytham St Annes and especially Danny his level of service was A1 and we are satisfied that we are now settled back here.

I have recently moved into a fab property in Lytham St Anne's with the help of Daniel Barclay.
Daniel has been extremely helpful from booking the first viewing to signing document right up until getting the keys. Since being in the property Daniel is on hand and happy to help with any questions that occurred and responds very quickly and professionally. I have no worries that should there be any issues or future questions I can rely on Daniel to help out and get things sorted. Great to see all these 5 star reviews, but sadly my experience is very different. I left a voicemail last Sunday, requesting a viewing, explaining I am only in the area until this Thursday. The sales person did ring back on Monday and left a voicemail. I rang back and was told she was busy and would ring back. She didn't, so I left a message on the website this morning. The sales person had obviously forgotten to ring back, and was very abrupt when I explained again I only had 2 more days, saying she was too busy. Well, that's a sale lost then. I guess because the bungalow we were interested in is in the lower price bracket? I hope the seller sees this review, it's the empty bungalow, been advertised since May. This is what you are paying for.... nothing!! We will buy in the area but definitely not with this condescending bunch.

This branch of Entwistle Green are clowns. 14 months ago their valuer Lucie Burnside valued my mother's semi-detached bungalow as a detached bungalow! (and wrongly described it in the details). Instead of admitting her embarrassing mistake, she tried to ride it out. As one of the vendors, I was not told about this until months later. The manager Fiona Podmore belatedly admitted their incompetence but way too late to help a sale. The best thing about them were the photos taken by a sub-contracted photographer. They tried to sell it for 5 months. We sold it in a day with Unique. Don't fall for their "national network" nonsense - they were the most incompetent, unprofessional and dishonest estate agents I have come across.

I then agreed to purchase at the full asking price, this was accepted by the seller then Entwistle Green again took an above asking price offer and left me losing out on costs for an investment I had withdrawn to purchase. Very unprofessional, avoid using them.

Extremely pleased with the service and professionalism given by the St Annes office from initial valuation to chasing of the completion. After 8 months of zero viewings with Purple Pricks, Entwistle were offering to pay the PB bill if we got a sale. It was a no brainer and once with them we got an offer in a week. It shows what a real estate agency can do with proactive marketing. Sadly our buyer pulled out but within a fortnight, Fiona and the team had another buyer in place, once again proving that so called "commisery" is worth everything to keep your sale chain in place. I'd use them if I ever moved again but I'm not planning to! Recommend highly.

The St.Annes branch of Entwistle Green provided a great service. We endeavoured to sell our property over a period of ten years, without success, using different estate agents.
Once our property was marketed with St.Annes Entwistle Green, we had numerous viewings over a short period of time. Our first sale through them unfortunately fell through, but they took quick action to get more people through the door and our home was sold in a matter of weeks. We never had this level of service from other local estate agents.

I went in feeling slightly overwhelmed at all I had to organise but Lucie made it so much easier, Lucie and James explained the procedure and put my worries at rest quite quickly. I cannot recommend Entwistle Green, St. Annes highly enough. Every step of the process from putting our property on the market, right until we received the keys for our new property, Rachel, Lucie and the team gave us a five star service. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Ours was a particularly difficult buying and selling process but they worked incredibly hard to mitigate issues from both the buying and selling side, constantly keeping us informed. We used Entwistle’s in-house mortgage advisor who opened up a lot of possibilities for us and saved us a fortune over going it alone. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy or sell with Entwistle Green, St. Annes in future. Thank you so much for everything guys!

I never write reviews but after going to several agents in St Anne's Entwistle Green where by far the best so wanted to express that! I don't want to sell my house until next year so no one seemed interested in giving me a guide price and advice until then. Entwistle where happy to help and gave me all the help I needed without it sounding like a chore like the other places I visited! When I sell, this will be the only agent i use. And would recommend the same for anyone else looking to sell.
