Rang to book a valuation on my property, no answer and no call back. Emailed an enquiry through and had a response but was only offered one available time slot. Had to cancel my appointment the evening before but are still yet to receive acknowledgment of my email nor the option to rebook.
Correspondence from this company is non existent. Will be going with an estate agent who knows how to answer the phone and doesn’t mind speaking to their clients.

I recently sold my home with Paisley's and feel compelled to give them an outstanding review. Firstly I will name Leonie who first visited me and valued the property. 4 days after Leonie put in on the market I had a buyer. This was around the Christmas holiday and even on Christmas day Paisley's representatives contacted me 3 times by telephone to keep me updated. I don't know any propery businesses that care about their customers like this.Finally the house was sold to a very good and decent couple which finalised everything beautifully.Jenine was also very customer focused and frequently kept me in the know. I am very pleased with the service Paisley's provided me.

We have had a fantastic experience working with Paisley Properties. Buying a house is never a smooth journey but I have to say that Paisley’s made it so much easier.
Any questions or concerns I had, whoever I spoke to within the team, each individual went out of their way to help. Jenine was our main point of contact and I want to thank her for her hard work on our case. You really were amazing.

We then used them for the sale of a property as well and found them to be the best estate agents we have dealt with. Totally professional from start to finish. We recently purchased a house through Paisleys and could not be happier with the service we received. Where do we even begin to describe the amazing customer service? When we began this process of buying, I think everyone involved thought it would be a straight forward sale and through no fault of Paisleys, we couldn’t have been more wrong. When our buyer’s purchasing hit a wall, which left us living with parents for a while, they did everything in their power to keep us updated or helped the onward chain find another property. Even when there were no updates to inform us about, they called to check in on us to make sure we were ok throughout this very stressful experience. We couldn’t give just one name as even when staff were on holiday or out of the office, every member of staff went above and beyond to find out answers or updates for us. I imagine that had we sold our property through Paisleys we would have had equally great customer service as, in our experience, it couldn’t get any better! Absolutely top class service from the team at Mapplewell, Harry, Jenine Caitlin and George.
Every step of the way this team guided us and our buyer, provided accompanied viewings, gave us the results, celebrated when an offer was made and accepted, called with updates at least twice a week. When disaster struck our buyer, they were there to guide both of us, resulting in the sale being saved, our buyer being able to complete and all the while updating us sometimes daily, despite us being in another country!
Harry has a lovely, friendly but professional manner; they all do, however Harry was the one who we had most contact with, and who was clearly pleased, happy, nervous, ecstatic as us - he made us feel that he was as invested in our sale as we were.
The cost was less than other quotes we had, but we chose to support a local, small business, and frankly, the service we received was worth every penny. We can't recommend them highly enough.

We have recently sold our property using Paisley’s and could not recommend them highly enough.
They were professional, customer focused and efficient from the start. They quickly came and valued our property and soon had it listed for sale with a high quality brochure and photographs. They also took care of extra details such as arranging for an EPC.
The Mapplewell team efficiently arranged all viewings and guided us through all the feedback and offers and enabled us to agree a quick sale.
Where however the team really excelled (where so many other Estates Agents fail), was with the after sale service. They kept in touch on a frequent basis after our sale had been agreed. Harry, Jenine and the team went above and beyond to chase all parties to ensure the chain did not break and the sale went ahead. If it hadn’t been for their patient, determined and professional approach our sale would not have been achieved.
We have no hesitation to recommend Paisleys to anyone wanting to move home.

They always anwser my phone calls and speak to me with clarity, if there's anything I don't understand they help by explaining it to me and have always spoke politely to me.
This is my first time renting a property and Paisley's has set a high standard for when I have to deal with other agencies in the future.

Set this firm on to find a tenant for a house in Darton. Within two weeks they found a long term tenant. Only used agents occasionally but I have to say I was blown away with the level of service I received, nothing was too much trouble and a very slick operation, will certainly use again and would recommend to any landlords.
