I had an exceptional experience with Amber from Paisley Properties estate agent and would highly recommend her services to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
Her communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. I was kept informed at every stage, and any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly. She went above and beyond to ensure everything progressed smoothly, making what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and well-managed.
What impressed me most was her dedication, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to achieving the best possible outcome. Her expertise and proactive approach helped secure a successful sale despite the best efforts of less competent ‘professionals’ in the chain, and we felt supported from start to finish.
The level of customer service was truly first-class, and it was clear that she genuinely cares about her clients. I would not hesitate to use her again in the future (but not too soon ??????) and would confidently recommend her to friends and family. An outstanding estate agent delivering exceptional results.

I would highly recommend Paisley Properties ( Mapplewell) when it comes to selling your house in the area. Their support and guidance through the process from 'listing' through to 'completion' is exceptional. Their local knowledge give them the edge over others estate agents and the fees are very competitive. Trust wass built up with the support they give through the whole journey, liaising with both the seller, vendor and the solicitors, keeping you up to date on all the progress. Thanks to the whole team at Mapplewell, led by Amber.

James and Hazel looked after the sale of our house in Almondbury and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We had a property in mind that we wanted to buy and James stayed in contact throughout the whole process excellently, massively reducing the stress of what can be an anxiety inducing time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend James, Hazel and the rest of the team.

Excellent property agents - can highly reccomend. Very thorough and professional.
Fully managed, no extra hidden costs, photographic evidence of property inspections, keeps up to date with legislation changes and communicates well through newsletters. Helps co-ordinate tradesman when needed. TOP teamwork Beth and all of your staff, much appreciated. Bravo??????

BE CAREFUL IF YOU OR YOUR NEIGHBOUR USES PAISLEY PROPERTIES - They posted a photo of our vehicle with the registration clearly visible, it appeared on the listing for a neighbouring property. It was published on their website and social media. Our vehicle was parked on our private property, not visible from the roadside and accessed via a privately owned driveway. The photo featured along with our complete address details. We had to ask several times for it to be removed, we complained in writing and their response was that they would not communicate with us about this issue.No acknowledgment of their error, no explanation as to how it had occurred and no apology. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional and this was the business owner.
