Absolute Nightmare - Avoid at All Costs! Our experience with Paris Steele was nothing short of a disaster. From the very beginning, their handling of my brother's flat purchase was chaotic and unprofessional. The entire process was riddled with delays, miscommunications, and a general lack of competence. The actual move-in day was an absolute horror. The key handover was delayed for hours, causing immense stress, disruption and significant extra costs. To top it off, upon entering the flat, we have discovered that several appliances were either faulty or not working at all. Despite assurances that everything would be in order, and him paying them a substantial amount of money to act in his interest, he was left stranded with a non-functioning kitchen. When he contacted Paris Steele to report the issues, he was met with laughter on the phone. They offered no assistance and seemed more interested weaseling out of the responsibility, saying it is our fault that we have signed their contract. This company is clearly incompetent and unprofessional. Their behavior was not only unacceptable but also deeply disrespectful. I strongly advise anyone considering using their services to look elsewhere. You will undoubtedly save yourself a significant amount of stress and potential financial loss.... Read more

My pre-valuation was completed and the house went on the market a couple of weeks later. The process was simple and well explained at every step. Viewings were emailed to me and the house was sold very soon afterwards. All options were given to me at each stage so I felt completely in the loop with the sale. After many years of meaning to make a Will, my husband and I finally decided to do it. We contacted our local Paris Steele office to make an appointment and the following week we had a home visit from a friendly solicitor. When we explained what we wanted, the young man clarified the law in layman’s terms which facilitated our understanding. A draft was sent a few days later, which we agreed. Then the final Will was drawn up for us to sign and that was it, done and dusted in a matter of days. We were provided with a full breakdown of charges and an estimate before we started. It took us years to take the bull by the horns but now that we have made provision for our families and made our funeral wishes known, we feel a sense of preparedness, security and achievement....
