From producing high quality marketing material, arranging for the home report and thereafter providing viewing agents to “sell” the property to prospective buyers. Carole was my appointed sales negotiator, she was extremely professional and obviously had a wealth of experience. She was charming and approachable and communicated regularly with timely updates, guiding me through the process and making recommendations as required. This experienced company provided the relevant advice, explaining the sale process and various stages involved and also put us in contact with other reliable companies when required. This allowed us to set our sale and marketing strategy early in order to capture our target market. Their use of technology and personnel communication was excellent as was the management of the numerous enquiries and viewings. We were kept appraised and updated throughout the sale process.

Selling during a pandemic was never going to be entirely stress-free. However, from my first contact with Diane Jennings I felt I was in safe hands. She also provided reassurance about the additional safety measures required for viewings. When we decided to sell our house in Gullane we obviously wanted the best price and for that we needed a company that really knew the area and could market our individual house to it’s best potential. We spoke to several agents and Simpson and Marwick gave us great confidence with their professional and friendly approach.
We agreed on the full package of estate agency and legal and also agreed to the walkthrough video as well as pictures. We were involved in the whole process and were extremely pleased with the results.
